We have been staying there for the last three weeks. On Monday, May 6, 2024 there was some confusion about the payment. The person that was working the front desk was the most disrespectful person. She was rude and really didn't care whether we resolved the issue at hand. She was actually yelling on the phone and kept saying the same dumb thing over and over again.

used cigarette burnt bed coverings and pillow cases in a non smoking room. Which should have been replaced instead of used.

Clean unit, preferred ground floor (Husband health issues) and they fulfilled request- thank you! I chose Red Roof for pet policy, we travel with our elderly Golden Retriever. Gentleman at desk was very welcoming and check in was quick.

No coffee maker or USB port.

The front desk staff was friendly when checking in and out. Although the room was hot when I initially walked in, the air conditioner cooled the room quickly. The room was organized and the property was located right off main road do easy access to get around.

the way the engineers built the stairs could have been better as there is only TWO staircases but many-many rooms in-between..... it takes a supreme effort to walk from one side of the complex to the other just to reach a staircase

Cleanliness

The staff over aggressively disrespectful behavior ( SMH, JUST, REALLY, DARLING, SWEETIE, HEY WHERE ABSOLUTELY DEAR BABYDOLL)... I'M DISABLED. ON ALL BIBLES I NEVER ENTER BUSINESS PLACES OR MOTELS TO STEAL NOTHING, NEVER COMMITTING CRIMES. Honestly TO GOD

All the staff was super friendly and welcoming. The Price was good for a 5 night stay. The pool kept my kids occupied a majority of the time. The kitchenette was perfect.

My only complaint is I wish they were at least queen beds instead of fulls

The location was convenient to my places of travel. The room was clean and met my expectation. I liked the laminate floor and modern look of the room.

The mattress was not comfortable.

I was frustrated with booking. Com with my booking. The guy at the front desk was very patient and kept it professional.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. There is no breakfast, just coffee at the reception. The hotel is located at the main road, not much around there. A nice BBQ place is within walking distance.
