Great location next to the central square, everything in a walking distance, lot of green, view of the Radhost mountain. Good parking space. Very good restaurant with excellent wines, summer tables in the garden give real pleasure. The building, meticulously restored, has lot of antique charm.

Thinking what to improve .. one point is the breakfast, which is fine, but after few days one lacks certain diversity. It is pity not to include e.g. cheeses from local producers, when one sees so much sheep around. The rooms may be upgraded by coffee/tea making set with a hot water kettle or Nespresso machine.

Perfectly located in the center of town among lovely hillside surroundings, Villa Rosenaw is impeccably clean, with a friendly and professional staff. There is a feeling of royalty and professionalism throughout the premises, from the entrance hall to the lovely on-site restaurant. One can easily entertain both social or business and family groups right here on the premises, and then enjoy a short walk to town or the local park and brewery. At the same time, my room truly had the comfort of home, with impeccably clean and tasteful furnishings, plenty of space in both the room and the bathroom, and everything tastefully laid out and provided for. There was also plenty of comfortable workspace for catching up on office or family matters. I really could not imagine a nicer place to stay, and I felt the value was very good for this level of comfort, quality and service, in such a perfect central location with plenty of both private and public parking. A special thank you to all the staff and the manager, who were very friendly and accommodating in a difficult circumstance. I literally just returned from overseas from taking care of elderly family for an extended period, and was incredibly overtired and stressed. Their patience and professionalism and kindness were truly unmatched and speak of the level of care offered by the hotel and staff.

Everything was perfect, and I could not imagine a higher level of service and quality in a place to stay. I travel regularly throughout the year in the EU and USA.

The location is superb. The whole villa is beautiful and nicely renovated. Additionally, we recommend the garden restaurant which is peaceful and quiet.

People services. You want to get a coffee 20 minutes before closing time and already everything is cleaned, so no coffee for you. The hotel manages AC, which means it does not run the whole night.

A nice building, seemingly recently renovated. Comfortable and silent, conveniently located. There is a restaurant onsite.

Perfect breakfast. Fine villa with nice furnishings. Beautiful porcelain bath tube. Delicious meals at high-end restaurant.

The only room with bath tube is unfortunately orientated towards street, which tends to be noisy even on Sunday morning. I would expect that such a hotel with full minibar would have wine glasses at the room, not only ordinary glasses for bottle. Of course, you could ask at restaurant or reception, but why not to have them in the room?

Luxurious, clean and comfortable villa, with nice and helpful staff. We really enjoyed our stay and definitely want to come back again.

I would appreciate if mini bar to be refilled everyday. For some reason no one refill it you have to ask. In five star I am not used to ask for details like this.

The hotel is located right in the city center and everything was very comfortable. The room was big and bad was very comfy.

The breakfast was very pure for the value I paid in this hotel.

Brilliant conversion of a historic building close to the centre of Roznov and near transport links. Bright, clean and comfortable room with all modern facilities. I hope to stay there again later in the year. Friendly and helpful staff.
