I enjoyed my 4-day stay at the Quest Boutique.My check-in experience was very good. I had let the hotel know that I would be arriving very late (in the early hours of the morning (about 2 a.m.). The guards at the gate were alert and didn't keep us waiting. The check-in process was carried out in a welcoming and professional manner. Chibuzor was the Desk Officer at Reception and was very courteous and professional in meeting my requests. Regarding my request to have room service breakfast at 6 a.m. the following morning, the kitchen staff (Grace) were very pleasant and more importantly, very punctual in ensuring that breakfast arrived in my room at 6 a.m. !! The Chef was very flexible about ensuring lunch was served as quickly as possible as I was on a tight schedule - and the food was very tasty. My bathroom and room were very clean, I particularly liked the wood parquet floor (or parquet floor-type tiles ! in the room). I also like the light-coloured decor which made the room very easy on the eye and restful (I don't like dark-decorated hotel rooms). The paintings on the walls in the room and in the dining-room were hung at the right level. It's a small (as they themselves said), boutique hotel, but the decor and finishing are very tastefully done, and it seems well maintained and managed - which suggests that the Manager is on top of her game ! All the staff I met were courteous, pleasant and professional. They attended to requests pleasantly and promptly and never gave the impression that they were seeking or expecting to be tipped for doing their job ! I commend the owner, the Manager and the staff I met (the Chef, Grace, Chibuzor, Victoria, Solomon and Bright) for their welcoming attitude, their ability to "problem-solve" and their courteous professionalism. I wish Quest Boutique Hotel, the Owner, the Manager and all the staff all success for the future.

I really have no complaints at all. I have stayed in hotels of different ratings in different parts of the world and the Quest Boutique Hotel was a very good experience. It might be important to have an intercom phone in the bathroom in case guests have an emergency there. In addition, if I wanted to be "picky", I could suggest that perhaps there could be the usual hotel small convenience kits (shower cap, shower gel, handwash liquid etc.) - but I guess that would add to the room cost - and it's a boutique hotel, not a 5-star hotel!

I like the fact that my special breakfast was catered for every day. They went beyond and above what is required of hotels to satisfy my requirements and made my stay enjoyable.

There is no bar to serve alcohol but that is understandable.

Location was easy. The room was really spacious and also quite clean. The environment is also very quiet. The place also has good security.

On getting to the property, my room was not ready and I was just asked to seat in the lounge without any explanation. I had to request to speak to the manager before any explanation was provided.

The ambiance is very clean with modern furniture and friendly from desk staff.

For the 2 nights I stated over, I was not served breakfast. This also happened October last year when I stayed for 2 nights.

The shower had a little challenge with hot water. Would be better to check that the water heating is always effective. There was uncomfortable smell of smoking by guests in lobby and noise

The staff are nice most especially the fair guy on duty with nice haircut very respectful.

Breakfast that is not buffet. But you will be asked to pay for room service for the breakfast.

The environment is serene and nice.

The security protocol is not top-notch and kitchen service delivery is not effective.

Everything was as advertised and satisfactory. Serene and beautiful environment.

Price on the bookings.com platform was different from actual paid price at the hotel.
