The property boasts an incredible location, practically on the beach, and within walking distance of all the local restaurants and bars. We enjoyed stunning sunsets right from our room, offering a picturesque view every evening. The bedrooms were immaculate, with daily cleaning service ensuring everything stayed fresh and tidy. The owners were exceptionally warm and welcoming, which may be due to the fact that it's a family-run business. To top it all off, the property sits above a delightful gelato shop where the gelato was simply amazing. Everything about our stay was wonderful.

The bed was slightly loud

The owner was superb and you are beachfront with the most amazing views! Breakfast on the patio overlooking the beach. The best gelato right below the room! The best food, cocktails and music across the street, on the beach. Able to walk everywhere, including Chinalea.

It was perfect. The beach is made up of rocks. Good water sandals will help as it is difficult to get in and out of the surf. There was an amazing rainbow one morning!

This place is amazing. Is really pretty, super clean, towels are great, and pillows too, beds are super comfortable, bathroom is really nice too and big as well as the dorm. You have a lot of space. We had the dorm with a view and was amazing! But it’s not just that. This place is beautiful because of the people there. They are extremely warm and nice people. They received us very well and made our stayed so pleasant. We had to do the check out very early cause our train was leaving at 6:00 am and when I ask the people how to leave they were worried about our breakfast. And they prepare a breakfast for us to leave and gave us the day before.🥹❤️ they gave us like 5 croissants and 2 juice’s for free. Honestly I have never experience sth like that. That the people who worked there really cares about you. Location is great. Literally in the middle of the city, lots of places to eat and train station 5 min walk. Also they have a gelato place downstairs and I won’t lie saying that I had the best ice cream ever! We were so glad to have stayed here! Thank you for being so kind and really care about your guests❤️ I hope I can comeback one day and I definitely stay here. Cheers from Paraguay

Not a bad thing

The Hotel is perfectly placed right by the sea. We had a kingsize room with sea view which was very clean. The owners have a Gelateria downstairs so very conveniently we could enjoy delicious Italian breakfast outside whilst overlooking the sea. The owners were very helpful also with suggestions for restaurants and visiting Scilla, especially that there is an escalator and an elevator nearby the hotel which makes it easy to reach the upper very interesting part of Scilla .

Maybe the stairs, we missed the lift in the BB Oasis.

Basic, but fine. Bed was comfy. Good AC. Very bright with lots of windows. Decent storage. Basic breakfast of juice, croissant and coffee. Staff were pleasant and helpful. There was paid parking in front, and we found a free spot on the side street. There is a gelato bar downstairs, an okay cafe 30 meters away, and the Roxy Pub, a surprisingly good restaurant, just along the beach. The location is right at the beach.

The beach is pea gravel, not sand, and is steep entry (tough slogging on pea gravel).

The vista was amazing!

It wasn’t a big issue but the bed was a little hard & the curtains were difficult to open & close. This made sleeping difficult as it allowed a lot of light in from the street lights. They advised they are waiting for a technician to fix them soon.

The personnel was very nice, it's a very nice place to stay with a great view out to the sea, just a few steps away from the beach! For our short stay it was amazing, room was big and the big windows offers a great view of the sunset.

Very kind hosts who let us check in late because our train was delayed. The room was spacious with an ocean view and right where you wanted to be across from the best and near to good restaurants. It was a quick walk from the station and worth booking!

the location is perfect, right by the sea and in the historic center. The owners have a Gelateria downstairs so for breakfast you get fresly brewed coffee, warm croissants with apricot marmelade or chocolate, and icecream 😄. It is a paradise 😂 The owners are really nice and helpful, the room is cleaned every day. The stay was excellent, beyond our expectations 🥰

we loved everything

Fantastic location right opposite a beautiful beach. Basic but all you needed for a great stay. The Gelato in the cafe downstairs was good and the smell of fresh patisserie to wake up to was perfect
