Hi, definitely book here!! If you get to this far corner of KSA,then you will appreciate the clean, comfortable, and well serviced rooms. … like being anywhere in the USA. The staff all speak English, they are quickly helpful, and every detail is managed well. The breakfast is hot and tasty with cooked to order eggs. There is a good coffee shop at breakfast and a second in the lobby.

Parking is limited. There is currently just enough, but as they get busier, it will be a problem. And, the directions on Google Maps take you to the back door vs front door, which unfortunately is locked.

The staff was amazing specially at reception the two young ladies where very helpful I think one of them was called hanouf not sure

The hotel has spacious rooms in a nice modern design. Everything is new and clean. The bed is very comfortable, sheets and pillows are soft and cosy. Many guest write about the rich breakfast buffet. It was good but not worth to mention.

On our arrival we didn’t feel welcome. „Your passport!“ and „Room nb xxx.“ and a hand directing us to the lift. That was all. Travelling through Saudi Arabia we always got a very warm and friendly welcome, even if language was a challenge. Not here.

Warm welcoming and great restaurant, Asmaa and Mohammed at the reception were so helpful and good supporters

No parking for cars and difficulties of carrying luggages throughout downstairs or upstairs of the entrance

breakfast was excellent, varieties of hot dishes and vegetables . the 2 girls at the reception were amazing, in welcoming and responding to guest needs plus quick check in and check out processing.

the reception being in the basement floor car park is to be aligned with the street direction

Room size, bed and everything Staff are so polite and well trained both at arrival and departure.

Breakfast was good, rooms large and clean. There are a number of restaurants around the hotel, you can take your pick. Hotel was quiet. Staff were pleasant.

Entrance a bit unusual in that you have to descend stairs to the lobby

The space between the door and the floor (under the door) was big enough to hear more nose from the corridor.
