I stayed there for three nights, I booked a suit, honestly it's good to see such hotels in Najran, Najran is in need of these good quality facilities. Check-in process was quick and easy, the suit was spacious and clean, furniture was clean and relatively new. The bed was comfy. We also went to the restaurant on the 16th floor, the food was tasty and the view was very good. In general, a good experience, a much needed hotel in Najran. I do recommend staying there, keep it up.

These are some comments and room for improvements and not dislikes. There were no windows in the room, there are some wasted spaces, more efforts needs to be put in decorating the walls, suit's A/C needs a little improvement, also some wear and tear is already showing on some of the furniture on the hallways. One comment on the basement car parking is that it was not organized and parking spots were not clearly marked. In the restaurant, the order took some time to be delivered and some of the items in the menu weren't available.

We got an upgrade on our arrival and a big charming suite with high comfort. Everything is very clean and makes it easy to relax and feel at home. The staff is very friendly and always ready to assist.

As many Saudi Arabian restaurants, the hotel restaurant has no printed menu and offers a digital version via QR code. For some reason these codes do not work for foreigners.

From the moment I entered and ask if I can check in early, they allowed me to check in and put my things with a smiling staff that is very courteous. Room is excellent and staffs in the restaurant are very welcoming. The food is very tasty. I recommend this and I will stay here again InshaAllah

The Internet was very slow and each time I moved to a different location in the hotel you have to find the internet password the windows are not sealed properly, so you hear the noise from the highway

The reception staff are good, but they must give the guest an idea about the facilities without having to ask about all the details

There is an employee named Khalid who works in the reception and he switched me from a regular room to a larger wing out of kindness. He knows how to serve customers and how to win them over. He is an ideal receptionist. I wish him the best and success in his work. The breakfast was also very great.

Location was quite good, stay overall had been good. Staff was very nice and cooperative.

Lighting in the room was very bad. They should improve the room lighting.

I have travelled to approximately 50 countries worldwide and stayed in many hotels including 4 Seasons, He Fairmont, The Datai Langkawi and Shamwari Safari resort S. Africa, and Le Park Concord has been one of the nicest overall hotel experiences. The hotel is wel designed and built. It is clean and airy with a nice ambiance. All of the hotel staff were exceptional, especially restaurant manager Tamir and his 2 waiters (so a huge thank you to them) and the reception staff had no problem with giving us a late check out. Overall a wonderful stay and we look forward to coming back again! Thank you.

The extraction fans in the bathrooms weren’t on. The selection of food (especially pastries) could be slightly better. The only poor quality thing was the TV. Not HD.

Hotel is great,nice location,very clean ,quite and workers very kind and helpful. I got upgraded room. I will always stay in this hotel.

It is preferred to prohibit smoking or make specific smoking rooms in one level. others fine.
