What a truly fabulous location! A really old, rustic place with a wonderful cental square. The owner could not have done more for us. He was very welcoming and spoke English very well. Our motorcycle was stored under cover, out of the way. The roof top pool was an absolute delight and a highlight of the whole trip. Fabulous breakfast. Highly recommended.

The hotel is in a prime position overlooking the centre of the town with fabulous views. The bed was comfy and and very quiet. Our host was very friendly and helpful.

The room was dusty and the bin in the bathroom hadn't been emptied. The wifi didn't work in our room (room 24) The bathroom is a little tired and could do with a little modernisation

We had a family suite overlooking the charming stone courtyard. If you want to stay in a historic property, full of original features and large dimensions, this was wonderful. The Hosts go out of their way to help with anything and they spoke fluent English. The room had a stand-up electric fan but this fell short for the hotter days. Overall, we loved our stay.

This centrally located hotel has a very pretty garden in which to have breakfast and clean, comfortable rooms. We were lucky enough to find free local parking. The hotel is set on a small square which is made up of attractive traditional buildings. The furnishing were very nice and in keeping with the age of the building.

The breakfast was very good but set out in quite a small area, so at times it was quite difficult to get drinks and food, without being elbow to elbow with other guests

Just a lovely place in a beautiful French village surrounded by vineyards. It is just idyllic. The hotel is in a square in the centre of this hilltop village. Just a gem of a place. We had our dog with us and the hotel was very accommodating.

Nothing. But you will struggle to get an evening meal in the village.

Welcoming and kind staff...supported me when I temporarily lost my phone!. Very clean. Cool inside when temperatures were rising outside. Unexpectedly good for very reasonable price...central position with great traditional restaurant next door.

For price I had no complaints.

The room was good. Parking wasn't an issue. We had friends who lived in town, so we didn't have breakfast at the hotel. So can't comment on that. The room had a lovely view of the town courtyard/square......... which was unlucky.

Our timing for the visit. It coincided with a town festival. Despite double glazing, the sound of the rock band and the recorded music kept us up until 2am. We joined in for a while. Not the hotel's fault.

Situated in the middle of a small mediaeval village- very atmospheric Rooms modern and well decorated, clean and excellent bathroom Extensive breakfast buffet and private central courtyard for guests. Good restaurant next door

Everything was fine

The Town Is históric and the main square is beautiful . There Is a great restaurant opposite the hotel in the square . Lovely place to walk round . There was a small market in the morning .

We wanted a quiet little town with a nice hotel, and Hotel des Consuls exceeded our expectations. First of all, the hotel, quaint, old style, matched the photos, which doesn't often happen. We had a lovely room , comfortable bed, nicely decorated, overlooking the village square. The owner was friendly and helpful, and advised us straightaway to book a table at the restaurant if we were going to have dinner in the village. There's a lovely terraced area at the back, and also a large plunge pool. I would recommend here as a place to get away from the crowds, and explore the area, we visited several lovely villages all within an hours drive.
