Location was very good. Friendly, helpful staff. Our dog was welcomed with the most lovely gift bag! A portion of the very reasonable pet fee was donated to the Humane Society. So nice to not pay a crazy fee like some large chains charge! Room was a good size, located within easy outdoor access on the ground floor. Room was not luxurious, but had everything we needed. Restaurants were very close. Breakfast was good.

Location, quality, staff everything was worth it and would stay again. The shower had a massage setting. The bed was comfortable. Had places to eat at around it and a gas station by it.
Have to carry eye drops for the chlorine in the pool.

Proximity to interstate ,shopping and restaurants. Breakfast was great. Staff helpful and friendly.
The return to winter weather! Did not care for the cold rain, snow, more rain and high winds. Put a damper on our plans. Enjoyed our stay anyway--still able to spend time w/family.

The beds and pillows were comfortable, probably the best nights sleep our whole Trip.
Hotel needs updated. The Hot Tub was not working. Even though breakfast was included. Not the best we've had, eggs were not cooked enough.

Close to downtown, lakes and food
Rooms were not that clean air conditioner was not working properly and if we wanted to stay one more night price would be to much so we left

The staff was friendly and professional at both check-in and departure. When I booked I had been advised that my request for a first floor room would be honored, when I arrived it actually hadn't been. However, "Jacky" made it happen and I didn't have to climb stairs repeatedly (good customer service).

The guy working was super super nice and helpful. Made us feel right at home. Rooms were super clean.
The beds were kinda hard, and could use more pillows otherwise everything else was good

Breakfast was good and had a nice appearance.
I wasn’t happy that I was placed on the second floor. We had a dog so of course we had extra things. It wasn’t easy getting everything upstairs.

Convenient off the highway. Bed was comfortable. Nice pool area, and the water was warm so the little guy didn't freeze. Thank you!
