The food was very good, and the staff were very hard-working in the restaurant. The staff at the reception were also very good and very friendly.

I requested the use of an electric iron. When it arrived, I discovered it was in a dangerous condition. The electric cord was worn down to its inner insulation. With signs of further stress, and about to reveal LIVE wires! This iron is a safety hazard, and should be removed from service.

We made this hotel our base to explore this part of Costa Brava. The location might seem out of the way, but it was close by car to many amazing beaches and attractions. The breakfast was very good - lots of options and friendly staff. The pool area was no nice, we wish we stayed here longer.

I read comments before we went that the decor was outdated, but we stayed in an updated room and it was nice. They renovate what they can and try to keep the cost reasonable, which is appreciated.

Breakfast was ok but the hot food sausages, bacon, eggs, omlettes etc should be kept constantly hot for the customer. Please make sure that your hot plates are working. Another point was there were no blankets or duvet in the room for sleeping at night and to keep warm. Only thin bed sheets were there, so I was quite cold in the room at night. Apart from above 2 points, everything else was great.

Hotel is located in very convenient place for those who have car.Rooms are comfortable,they clean daily.Breakfast is really nice.Pool is nice to enjoy. Staff is very helpful.Highly reccommend the place.

In breakfast, plates, coffee cups, forks.. could be cleaner.Other than that, all was very good.

I lost my phone on my way to the hotel.. Pau and Mariona in reception were AMAZING and helped me with contacting home and helping me get by.. Genuinely happy with my stay. Spotlessly clean. Really nice, uncrowded pool. Good breakfast.

The only thing was the $18 evening meal was too.much. quite alot to choose from but a basic selection.. I only ate there twice in 4 nights.

Location & price. Good, English speaking,friendly staff. Next to golf course. Lovely scenic setting & buildings. Nice pool if a little cold.

The evening buffet meal could have been heated better with warm plates & stronger hear above the 'warm' food. There was very little variety from night to night.

The decoration and vibes take you to the Mediterranean 90s era. Quiet and surrounded by nature. Perfect base to explore costa brava. The pool was ideal. The breakfast buffet, incredible... make sure you eat the pastries (fresh and crunchy)

Hair dryer in the room would be much appreciated. other than that it was perfect

Pool was fabulous ! Our room was large with an enormous balcony area so really like it. Also very good fridge in room and excellent A/Con. Lovely views from room and as hotel was not too busy there was a peaceful vibe overall .

No bar service until 8pm . Hot food in evening meal buffet was not hot enough …and that was at opening time! (The lady who worked there was lovely though.)

Firstly we have stayed before, because it has an absolutely stunning pool and surrounds with amazing countryside views and have been extremely happy. The location/setting is without doubt one of the best of 'a back from the Beach' Hotel location on the Costa Brava. However the time has come for the owners to put some effort into the whole building and upgrade it substantially to another level otherwise despite the location it will go further down. This is a business worth upgrading given the location. We were not entirely impressed with the buffet approach which is new and needs bring up a level to be successful. With the market recovering as we go forward I would have thought further investment would be worth considering please.

Receptionists friendly and caring, breakfast full of dishes and freshly made, room spacious with massive TV, CLEAN! Location in Costa Brava, close to France, Barcellona, Girona. Coisy swimming pool. Never paid such affordable prices for such an excellent service, room, breakfast and restaurant buffet. Above Top service!
