The lobby is nice The rooftop pool was great, The rooms has plenty of storage , The 1 hr use of spa was a nice perk The smaller room had a nice patio .

The requests that I made and discussion at check in did not work.for example requested extra towels received one. Tiny bottle of hair conditioner that did not condition so carry that with you, They should replenish water daily as it is a spa hotel and it is extremely hot. Reception desk had no idea how to rent chairs or umbrellas at the beach down the block The poolside should have more umbrellas chairs considering the heat . You had to find an attendant to get a drink by the bar poolside and one woman was lovely the other woman seemed annoyed twice when we asked on 2 separate visits I don’t think she likes her job

This is my second visit and the standards haven't gone down. Special mention to our receptionist Camila that was very helpful and always with a big smile, we hope to see you soon. Room was comfortable and the cleaning spotless, the roof swimming pool is always dreamy and a nice add on the massive round couches on the side. Breakfast was very complete and a good selection.

No room service for breakfast, we booked the suite hoping to be able to really indulge ourselves but sadly we couldn't get room service. The water side of the spa is now chargeable, I would reconsider since its part of the upstairs spa. Our room was on the back street, lots of noise, not the hotel fault but not ideal.

The locations was brilliant. The staff were incredibly helpful. The blonde receptionist helped us with booking taxis and restaurants and was very helpful during our entire 12 day stay. The pool is a lovely escape from a busy town in August and nice and relaxing.

That there wasn’t any staff at the pool bar. Also booking of the spa and at an extra cost. I do understand that in the winter when it would be very busy it may be necessary. And a bit of music around the pool would be a nice touch but that’s being very picky 😀

Very good first impression, spacious lounge, comfortable beds, good breakfast,very clean ,very good English lady on the reception.

Seemed geared towards short stays as there needs to be more hangers for jackets also hooks for hand towels and jackets. No toilet brush nor pull out drying line for swimming costumes in the shower given that it is a spa.No coffee or tea making facilities Breakfast wasn' t always ready and available at 7.30 am as advertised. The spa staff needs to be more amenable and the hot tub area should be free for staying guests as it is a luxury spa hotel.

Beautiful hotel, very well presented and clean. Location was great and staff were all very friendly and helpful. Bar staff were amazing, so friendly (Axa was amazing!) pool area is stunning and so quiet (rooftop) and a real suntrap. Parking is available underneath the hotel and was easy to arrange by reception staff - cheap too.

Garage parking and central. We had a suite which had a very large comfortable bed. It was 1st floor and we could hear some loud motorbikes, but sound proofing from other rooms was excellent.

Scrambled eggs often cold but breakfast still very good with alot of variety. Be careful as the hotel charges for the coffee pods which we thought was complimentary

Very good breakfast, very clean hotel, nice personel, quiet. Good spa and I had a very good massage. The hotel's restaurant very good (although pretty weird menu) and they were very accomodating in letting us watch the UCL final on their TV.

Room a bit small, sewage smell in the bathroom, the pillows were horrible, so with some small adjustments this hotel would be fabulous.

We’re repeat customers from years ago and they still ask us for our IDs each and every time, even when we were there 2 weeks ago. Client recognition should be enforced a little more :)

we stay in a lot of hotels but this was really something very good. I am disabled and the room was very equipped for me, very spacious, bathroom very comfortable and staff members did try to help me when needed. They have a menu for pillows which I have never seen and they were delicious which I do not normally find hotel pillows comfortable. The breakfast was very sufficient and they mixed it up a bit everyday. The restaurant was very good, well plated and good price.

The elevators could be bigger but my wheelchair fit ok.

We always enjoy being at Elke Spa. Looking forward to our next visit. Hopefully the restaurant is then open again.

We really enjoy the location. The roof terras/swimmingpool is our favourite spot.
