The junior suite we stayed in was amazing. It was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The balcony was lovely, complete with 2 sunloungers, a table with 4 chairs, and a 90-degree view over the resort to sea and mountains. The lounge area had a very comfortable sofa bed to relax on with a large TV (there was also one in the bedroom), and fridge. The bathroom had a jacuzzi bath and even had razors and shaving cream if you had forgotten them. The bed was very comfy, and sliding doors led onto the balcony from the bedroom and lounge area. We stayed on a bed and breakfast board. Breakfast was amazing on our 3 night stay. The food was fresh with a great range. You could have fried eggs, omlettes, or crepes cooked to order in front of you. I highly recommend the omlettes! The pastries were also amazing. The drinks from the bar were cheaper than offsite and were of a good standard. The hotel offers 3 different pools although they were unfortunately too cold on our visit. If we came to Lloret De Mar, we would definitely come to this hotel again as it is amazing and centrally located.

There were no tea and coffee facilities in the room. Lights didn't work on the balcony.

The location was great not too far from the centre. Good selection of drinks. Food, although not a massive choice is good quality. The girls on reception are very professional and polite. I had a issue with a double booked reservation, and it was delt with quickly. Overall its very good value for the price.

We had three rooms, and the ac was very inconsistent. We resorted to leaving the patio door open. We came here 5 years ago and a few areas are getting a bit tired, Like the other review pointed out, there was a group of girls from England very disrespectful and rude. They had no respect for the staff and fellow guests. I was ashamed to be from England. This negative has got no reflection on the hotel.

We have been going back to this hotel for years as we love it there. The food is lovely rooms are nice. Very friendly staff receptionist was a lovely girl who went out of her way to help nothing was too much trouble. Will be going back for many years to come.

The floors in the room could of been better cleaned.

I liked the pool and upper pool deck area with jacuzzi, I liked the breakfast option, the timings are great check in at 1:30 check out by 11, breakfast finishes at 10:30 allowing you to sleep in. I think I went at the perfect time cause it wasn’t crowded at all and I loved it like this. The receptionists and wait staff are very friendly, special shout out to Jiselle. The space is a little basic cause of the furniture, but still comfortable and very bright. I got a free upgrade from a single to a double room facing the pool which was great. the property is beautifully mapped out and easy to access. The bed was so comfortable I slept like a baby! The beach is just a 5 mins walk away, the fun/club/bar area is like a 6-7 min walk so you feel central without having too many tourists around.

it needs a bit more up keep, paint job, more cleanliness (there was flies in the food area sometimes), the walls are also thin but it’s all in all it was definitely worth it

One staff member was a little bit strange in her approach of finding out if I’m a guest or not didn’t really like her approach or all the questions next time just be direct.

Excellent dinner and breakfast. Perfect location, very close to the center but still silent. The staff was helpful. Although being central, parking spaces are available!

We would have loved having vegetables also offered for breakfast. Pools were not heated, which is a dissapointment. Walls are paper thin so if people are partying in the neighbouring room, not too much can be done. Still this is just a bit of an inconvenience but the general impression was very positive.

Great location for the Lloret de Mar hustle & bustle. Room was nice, with pool view & private bathroom. Pool, spa & gym facilities looked great, but we didn't stay long enough to try them. Staff were very accommodating & polite. Car park under hotel at a cost of €15 per night. Overall, very happy with our stay.

Large room with additional bedroom and 2 bathrooms. Nice pool area, excellent food and drink (AI).The service from all staff was second to none. Room overlooked the side street and could get noisy but we liked watching the local residents and tourists go by. Good location, 600m to TC, bus station and beach. Supermarket and shops close by.

These are minor dislikes - the Transfer Bus can't reach the hotel due to the width of the streets in this part of the town, so it was a 400m walk with bags, but we knew this before we booked. The hotel says it doesn't allow stag or hen groups, but there were at least two separate stag groups staying (one of which was very friendly and polite) and we purposely booked a hotel with a no stag or hen policy to ensure a quiet and relaxing break. This didn't ruin our holiday and was only for 3 days of our stay.

we found this hotel amazing value for money. the food was really good, really varied every night and the snack bar was nice to have. we also loved how clean it was, the hotel always smelled so nice and the rooms were well cleaned with fresh towels every day which was really nice. the staff were also so lovely, very helpful and we had no issues. the location was really good - nicely away from the loud town and the sea front and strip, but a short walk to get to any bars and pubs, as well as the shops and the beautiful town centre which is really rich in history and gorgeous buildings. we loved going for evening walks around the town and along the sea front.

doesn’t quite look like the photos on trip advisor - the floral arrangements along the sun roof have been taken down now and the outside of the building is a bit run down with chipped paint etc but that’s if I’m being picky. we also found it quite loud, the rooms aren’t very sound proof and you can really hear what’s going on outside, also we could hear really loud snoring for the first few nights which affected our stay. that’s why I’ve given it 9/10, otherwise it would have been a 10/10.

Location was perfect, as it's only a few minutes to the beach, main centre and bus station.

Safe in room wasn't working but staff arranged for it to be fixed the following day. A/C unit in the room wasn't very user friendly.
