Check in was fast and friendly. All the staff were so lovely and helpful. The food in the restaurant was great and the staff there got to know us after day 1 and always had our same table ready for us at mealtimes. The hotel was clean, the cleaner Kaur was lovely and kept our room spotless. If we needed anything all we had to do was ask. The reception staff were really helpful with any questions we had and we were able to sort out a later checkout. Thank you all so much. Keep up the fantastic work and customer service. We really had a great stay here.

The bed and towels are white, clean, towels were changed every day, the rooms were cleaned daily, good Wi-Fi, the hotel is located not far from the sea, from restaurants and shopping arcades. The staff is excellent, friendly. English breakfast, fresh seasonal fruits. Great view from the roof of the hotel where the swimming pool and bar are located.

There is some audibility between the rooms, but this is more a question for the guests.

Swimmingpool and terrace on the roof are excellent for sunbathing, the rooms are just renovated and look very nice, hotel and rooms very clean. The staff are all very nice and hard working people at every moment they are ready to answer your questions and assist with your needs. Breakfast was amazing, wide choice and everything tasty, no need to be afraid that they would run out of anything. From my side no complaints at all and I will definitely return to this hotel the next time I`m in Lloret.

Close proximity to the sea and shops. In the quieter side of Lloret de Mar

Rooms have very thin walls , a lot of noise from next To us at night time , can hear people talking very clearly . Rooms above us were also noisy. In the mornings when the cleaners are in and chairs and beds are made in the rooms above and next to you it is quiet loud. There is no tea/coffee making facilities in the rooms.

The location , 3 mins walk down to the beach . Lots of shops, restaurants around. But little of the way so you don’t get the noise . The pool and the roof top is great . The only thing was the room the picture of the room looked completely to what we were given . Quite small and the balcony wasn’t really a balcony it could only have 1 person on it at onces , it was tiny . Plus the view on the balcony was very disappointing not what we expected as shown on booking when choosing the room. The air conditioning in the room was great. Nice breakfast, 18 euro for both and get as much as you want .

Very clean and well organised, comfortable beds and brilliant location.

Couldn’t hire a kettle or get hot water from the restaurant. (We took our own coffee as we knew there were no facilities in the rooms). Pool bar closed at 5 pm. Would have been nice to sit up on the roof terrace in the evenings.

All the staff were very helpful and always friendly. The room was very modern and had a lovely balcony with sun throughout the day. Rooftop pool was an added luxury with the rooftop bar. Food excellent we paid for all inclusive food and had options for every appetite, especially as the rate was so good.

The rooms were not sound proof and could hear noise from dogs and TVs from the neighbours.
