- very friendly staff at the reception - the room was spacious - strong, stable and fast wi-fi - clean - next to the beach

- the kitchen equipment is VERY basic. The frying pans were extremely scratched - they need to be replaced! - there was a tacky, huge, plastic palm tree in the living room... (?) A simple chest of drawers would have been much more useful, not to mention aesthetically more pleasing. - it wasn't too hot so we managed without it, but the air conditioning is only in the living room and it kept making strange noises. There is no AC in the bedroom and sleeping with the window open can be difficult - there were drunk party goers in the street shouting until 5 am every night... Something to keep in mind if you're a light sleeper.

2 min on foot to the sea and touristic areas , bed was very comfortable (not the sofa bed though) kitchen has all you need for a short stay . hot water always available, we had a nice balcony with the sea view, especial thanks to the receptionist :). Air conditioner just in sitting room but we were ok with the cold bedroom, although you can leave the door open as the air conditioner is in front of it It has a tiny elevator, but it do its job ;)

Sofa is rather old and must be changed, its not soundproof at all, we hear the neighbours as if they are in our sitting room! parking is somehow complicated and very hard to get near the building, the blue zones are for free from 7 pm to 9am and 14-16, then with time restrictions you can park there or pay bit more in green ones 500m away. They forgot to equip the sofa bed , we saw before 8 and could pick up from the reception. However it’s a good choice for the value of money you pay

The apartment was spacious and bright. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was equipped with the necessary dishes and appliances. WIFIce worked well. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location of the apartment is excellent - close to the beach, shops and restaurants.

The elevator kept breaking down. Since we were only on the fourth floor, it was hard to climb. The cleaning of the apartment was irregular. We stayed in the apartment for 10 days and during that time the apartment was cleaned only once and the towels and bed linen were changed.

Great location, close to the beach, close to the nice restaurant area on the way to the castle. It was very clean, the beds were very comfortable. We check in late without a problem. There was no problem with parking, big comfortable parking is just next to the beach, 2 minutes from the hotel - it is paid one. Free parking is 6 minutes walk from the hotel - it is called Aparcament Can Lloranes if you want to find it on Google maps.

Our apartment was for 6 people, we were a group of 5. There was a 2 bedrooms and living room with sofa to sleep on. The comfort of the guest on the sofa was quite poor. Not because of the bed, but because of the noise. The acoustics of that space was as if there was no door and she was sleeping on the corridor.

Really enjoyed our stay, location is perfect, apartment was clean and well equipped. Staff we encountered were lovely to deal with. Everything was within easy access, you can see how far the seafront is from the photo and a fantastic kids playground was there also. The main bus station was a 15minute walk away. Only issue was the couch seemed very old so was almost impossible to use as it sagged completely in the middle.

Hi guys! We rested in this cozy hotel for 7 days. We had all the amenities in the hotel, a clean room, comfortable beds, dishes, everything we needed. First of all, we want to thank the wonderful girl at the reception, Valentina. She made our vacation peaceful, she recommended beautiful sights to visit during the vacation. Very polite and kind, thank you for everything. 💓Near the hotel there are many shops, restaurants, amazing atmosphere. Our favorite restaurant is Da Paolo, tasty food and also near hotel. As we had a family vacation, we tried to spend more time at sea. But you can go and see different scenery in Lloret de Mar. We also liked the garden Jardins de Santa Clotilde , with wonderful views of the sea and a nearby beach, beautiful. Fenal beach is more comfortable, we were once there, but we liked more our beach that is close to our hotel 2 minutes on foot. By the way,when you go sleep you can hear the sound of the sea, it's so relaxing.So we are happy been at Venecia apartments, when we return to Lloret de mar we will choose this hotel again.🤗

A stones throw from the beach Great location In general Great staff as always except for one guy who moaned that we dare ask for an additional towel This even when they don’t change towels or linen at all Amanda and the other girl at reception great as always 😀

One thing I would suggest It’s not a complaint just a suggestion Is to have a long full length mirror in the lounge or bedroom as the small ones one the wall are useless for getting ready and to dress .

Location - 15 mins walk from bus station and 2 minutes from the promenade. Staff - friendly and English speaking. Wifi working well. Hot shower with great pressure. Relatively clean. Kitchen well equipped with everything we needed. Quiet and peaceful. They will store luggage for you.

Front desk available only 9.00-13.00 and 16.00-20.00. The security of the luggage storage could be better. Nobody checked how many pieces of luggage we left, how many we took, and if the luggage was ours. Bed was but too firm for my liking, but that is a personal preference.

Nice apartment on the second line with a side sea view (great surprise), comfortable bed, decent shower and amazing location 30 seconds from the beach. Wifi is fairly good (but not great).

Being a remote worker, was not very comfortable to work at the high bar table installed in the kitchen/ living room without proper chair. I found only at check-out that I could ask for a normal desk and chair. Kitchen utensils (pans, cutting board) were worn out. From kitchen compliments only dishwashing liquid and accessories were provided. Olive oil, salt and pepper - the basics - would be also great. No washing machine in the facility.

Great location, very good value!

They charge you €100 deposit when you check in, no where else we stayed did so. They said its because some groups cause a lot of trouble. Which then put us on edge. But we were off season and there were no issues. The shower was lovely and hot in the morning but there was no hot water in the evening. So we had to have cold showers after our evening swim on the sea.
