The property is on the hill, so you have a beautiful view over the sea, and a bit of wind so it is affordable also at hot days. It is nicely decorated and very green! In the buidling there is no air conditioning but it did not bother us too much. The rooms on the 4th floor (were we were) have a nice side view and renovated bathrooms. As you are aware that this destination (city) attracts many young people, it can get a bit lively in the evening. But we never had an issue with that. The food is very good, lots of choices, tasty and pretty presented. We recommned the half-board! We tried also the food in Marina restaurant which wqs very good, too.

We would have loved to prepare coffee/ tea in our rooms, but we managed to survive also wirhout it.

This hotel has exceptional charm of classical villa, every corner of the hotel is filled with so much vibe and charm. Lots of antique and beautiful interior decoration elements. Lots of greenery everywhere! Pleasant music plays in the corridors and terraces. Outside is just as amazing too, with nice location high up above Illoret de mar, you can really feel yourself separated from the noisy streets and crowds below. The food was good, as is the service! Anyone scared to be having troubles walking down to the beach of Illoret de mar - you shouldn't be, because there is an option to go to the nearby hotel (which is also owned by the same owner) and use their elevator, which takes you down to the streets level! We have been in many hotels across the world, but this one definitely gets its place in our top 5 list for sure!

We wish to have a bit more electric sockets in the room, but considering that this is old classical villa - it is not expected.

Hotel is beautifully located - you can expect amazing views. To get there you have to use stairs or go up the road since it's on higher level. However they came up with solution - you can go to their partner hotel just next to and use their elevator to get to level 0 or 6 without much effort (although I would't recommend for people with walking disabilities if you don't have a car with you). The building is very nice, including the pool area. I really enjoyed relaxing by the pool. Plenty ways to sit outside at the hotel and enjoy yourself. The staff is very nice however be careful they do not speak English - the best is if you use spanish. Very enjoyable breakfast (we did not have other meals). Rooms were clean. We also loved that you can book a transfer from Girona airport using a company that hotel cooperates with (you can find it on their website).

The building is a bit loud (we could hear noises from other rooms), uncomfy beds and pillows. There was a weird smell coming from the bathroom every day. Wifi is bad so if you need to use it during your stay don't count on this hotel. A minus is also already mentioned lack of English speakers in staff.

The hotel itself is beautiful. Lots of lounge areas that are beautifully decorated and spacious, including the outside areas. It feels very luxurious. A lovely pool and great views. We had a sea view room, I'm not sure about the views from other rooms. Also fairly close to the sea. Despite being on a hill, there is easy access to the town via the lift in the adjacent hotel. The staff are really friendly.

There were very few vegetarian options at dinner. There was a great variety of food for meat and fish eaters but out of around 16 choices there were only 3-4 non-meat, non-fish choices and of those only one that was a proper dish. They often even added meat to the pizza which could easily have been simply vegetarian. There was a lot of salad but there should have been more actual hot vegetarian dishes. If you are vegan you have a choice of vegetables and salad really!

The view is absolutely stunning Hotel looks like a villa with antique furniture. Food was tasty and varied. Our room was very good but our friends got not that good one, so it depends

The double bed was actually two single beds put together but still quite comfortable to sleep on. It's also said beach front in description but you need to take stairs or use neighbour hotel lift to go to the beach but the amazing view completely compensates this innacuracy

We were very positively surprised. The hotel is on top of a hill and oversees the ocean, beaches and Lloret de Mar. Every aspect was relaxing and the 600 steps to the beach are not an issue at all as you can use the elevator from the hotel "next door". The pool was so relaxing that we didn't bother to go to the beach (had other plans for our beach vacation). The pool-bar and terrace were very nice. We never tried the restaurant for dinner but it looks nice. The clubs and wild-life are within walking distance (20 min)

Some rooms do not seem to be renovated. However, the staff allows you to check the rooms first. The hotel arranged animation at the pool in the evenings.... great if you like it... we didn't.

We loved the pool,view,hotel decor,garden and plants. The food in the restaurant was wonderful,we were on half board and the staff were very kind and accomodating. Being a coeliac often means you don't have choice but here there was so much choice including heated gf bread rolls. Omelettes for breakfast and the cook to order fish and meat station chef's were great every morning and evening. You can order picnics when you go out and the reception staff were friendly and helpful with this and all other requests.

We were in the junior suite 311 and if you want peace and quiet early am or late pm this is not the room for you.The chairs scraping on the floor and the food trolleys were soo loud. While our room was clean the balcony was shabby with no light or awning to enjoy sitting out on,there was a toilet smell in the room on arrival and a cold bigger fridge as opposed to a little bar fridge for cold drinks was missing. Despite these quibbles I would still recommend the hotel and we had a great trip.

Fantastic place with a beautiful courtyard decorated with Mediterranean plants and palm trees. The absolutely spectacular interior has antics—it looks more like old Catalan Masia. The hotel is located on a hill, so the views of the Lloret coast are stunning. The food was also excellent, as was the staff's attention. Highly recommended. The best location in Lloret for all travelers looking for a calm place offering a bit of luxury and high-quality time in phenomenal conditions. I couldn't be more satisfy with my stay.

The only minus was the noisy area where the wedding was taking place (from 13 until midnight). Nobody informed us at check-in that such an event would take place.

Lovely hotel in a great location. The staff was really nice and helpful. The room was clean with a lovely view of the sea. Buffet breakfast and dinner had a lot of choices, which changed daily.

There weren't a lot of gluten-free options included in the buffet. There were only 3 or 4 bottles of gluten-free beer and they didn't restock while we were there, even though the bar staff were aware one of us was coeliac.

Location,ambience, temperature, great fresh food and tasty , great presentations and really cozy. Unfortunately The staff is very cold, you feel almost guilty that you arrived there instead of being happy that you arrived on vacation .At check in we were greeted with a huge Hola BUT I'm not a great Spanish speaker but I felt obliged, out of common sense, to follow what he was telling me. I prefer French and/or English. On the other hand, everything is wonderful 👍 I heard a discussion that saddened my vision a little about our next returns to this wonderful hotel. I don't think I would agree with the restaurant being closed. My opinion is that:Food attracts 70-80% of customers. But that's just our tourist's opinion.THE ENVIRONMENT IS ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS. Anyone would sit there to sample and drink SOMETHING

The cleaning team needs some rules about how he can enter or not, or, make a program in which the client must leave the room free for cleaning. It is not possible that at 15-16.00, after you have eaten, you have disturbed the siesta.He was about to come in on us, he knocked on the door and forced his way in Luckily I locked the door after entering, otherwise we would have woken up with the broom and the duster in bed.
