I would come to this hotel again because of Christian. This hotel greatly depends on Christian being there to take care of the guests. Always helpful. It’s in a great location, has parking, the rooms are clean and have comfortable beds.

In the area, there are often issues that guests must overlook. The blinds did not cover the window, weak water pressure, three hangers in the closet. Nothing horrible, just annoying.

Very friendly and welcoming (thank you Christian). Good parking inside and outside (rates are reasonable for Lloret). Rooms comfortable and well equipped. Breakfast was excellent, lots of choices and good quality.

Not the properties fault but some guests seem intent on breaking things. We appreciated the situation and agree that careless people are everywhere and not specific to the Acacia

The Manager was a gentleman with us! We had a problem in our room, on the first date, the security was awful with us. But next day, I did a complain with the manager and him solved for us! In the end he gave us a champagne for all inconvenience in the first day! Good breakfast, pool and location!

Hotel is very close to the beach and centre of Lloret de Mar, nice and clean , breakfast was very good and fresh . Amazing people , very friendly and helpful. The best people we ever meet in our travels. ❤️

the position of the hotel was perfect,the staff were so friendly from the bedroom cleaners to the breakfast staff,but most of all the two guys on reception who went above and beyond,nothing was too much trouble for them. I would return again and highly recommend

Great location, probably one of the best choices for a couple. The staff were excellent, helpful and very friendly. The breakfast is outstanding

The fridge in the room doesn’t work. The pool area was small, however we did have it to ourselves.

All was great, staff very friendly, Breakfast was levish and well organised by the chef, and great about of variety. 10/10 for the chef 👩‍🍳 !!! Location is perfect 5 min walk to the sea. And also close to the center city!!

Perfect location, breakfast was great! The staff were very helpful with phoning taxis and facilities after check out of room ready for our late flight.

Staff were very attentive and friendly, even wishing my mum a happy birthday without any prompting. Breakfast was really good and it was a few minutes walk from the beach.

The small plunge pool, spa and gym come at a fee.

LOVED this stay! Amazing manager who was more than accommodating, excellent room and amenities. Great breakfast! I would highly recommend staying here!
