The location is very good. The staff was very friendly. The bed and pillow was really comfortable. We have a nice view from the balcony on the swimming pools and the sea. We are been here with a baby and we felt very comfortable. They gave us a baby crib.

The water in the shower is sometimes cold and sometimes hot, this made it uncomfortable for me to take a shower. The water in the indoor pool could be warmer. It's a shame that the outdoor pools aren't heated. For the lunch and for the dinner you must pay the drink even the water. There is a lot of food. But we missed meat, especially beef and chicken. Most of the time it was just pork prepared in many ways and fish.

The location was fantastic - right on the beach. The hotel was beautiful. The staff were friendly, and the place was kept immaculately cleaned. There was a huge selection to choose from at breakfast; the freshly made to order omelettes were amazing, and the coffee machine was fabulous. There was no shortage of sunloungers, and the choice of different pool areas was great (the chill out area in particular) and the choice of a salt water pool made a nice change from the usual chlorine too, if you're like me and find the chlorine isn't great for your skin. The gym was small but had everything you could need. Rooms cleaned every day if you wanted it along with fresh towels.

The drinks were very expensive. Cocktails €9, a jack Daniels and coke €12. There was also no real atmosphere at the pool bar - no music playing that you would notice . Normally, when we're on holiday, we spend a lot of time at the bar in the evenings too but we didn't bother with it at all apart from soft drinks during the day - that's a shame because it has potential.

Everything. Location : Excellent. Beach facing. Accessible by foot to all major tourists and even the non-mentioned touristy spots. Room : We took a sea facing room. It was exactly as shown in the display pictures on booking.com. In fact every picture that you see on booking.com for this place, it holds true. Every corner is exactly, equally neat and clean. Staff: Every single person working here is kind, approachable and helpful. The front desk/reception staff are your first point of contact and they set the tone of the place perfectly. It's welcoming. Aasheema from the evening staff and Anna from the morning staff have particularly been very kind ! Asheema proved to be an excellent guide as well, who gave honest & great suggestions about the places to visit around. She knows her job perfectly well and hospitality to the Y. The complete restaurant/buffet staff, especially Sahil were really very kind. We are pure vegetarians and Sahil guided us through the meals available when we didn't quite understand something. When we could not reach hotel in time for the dinner buffet, from our day trips, we requested the staff over the phone, and they were kind enough to arrange sandwiches, fruits and yogurt for us when we returned late at night. Pool & Spa : Three different kinds of pools accessible. The vitality spa offered by the hotel is really amazing. Pictures from booking hold true. At the front desk of the Vitality spa was an old lady(sorry to not remember her name). She did not speak English, but was very kind to use transcribe to communicate everything perfectly well to us. Many thanks and appreciate here. There are numerous Entertainment events offered at the hotel. Cultural events like Flamenco among others are a real treat. Overall, an exceptional experience ! It was not just the place, but also the people who made this whole leisure stay worth while and worth every penny. Kudos Team Rosamar !

Nothing to not like.

It was very clean and very well organised. The staff at reception was very friendly and very helpful. I also have to mention that they did help me organise my daughters birthday and they really exceeded my expectation. There were two staff members - Skaly and Evelina and another lovely blond young girl with a beautiful curly hair that were soo nice. Also on arrival we were meant to have dinner but that was impossible and the reception staff made an order for us to be delivered to the hotel. Location was brilliant - near to city centre but still away from the noise of night time life. Place was clean, food was lovely and suited everyone’s taste. The spa was really nice too . The pools are very well located and separated - kids pool and adults pool.

The gym is not open at all times that can be used very early in the morning or late at night plus it was located in an area where other guests walk and very exposed. But after all it’s a sun holiday not a training holiday!

We had an amazing time .Location is perfect on the beach ,which is gorgeous.Room was very spacious and clean with very comfortable beds.Outdoors area was lovely with clean pools and plenty of space to sunbathing and enjoy the weather.The big bonus was the spa fact and the indoor pool.I can’t praise enough the staff.They are humble people,working hard around the clock make sure everything is perfect.Always with a big smile on their face and ready to help .Just to mention Natalia and Valentina in the reception.The lady from the spa and all the staff from the restaurant who were amazing as well.Food was very nice and in abundance,and always something different every day .

The staff was very friendly and helpful, the pools were very nice. We enjoyed the adults only area, which also had a pool and a huge terrace. The buffet was good with something for everyone, but nothing to write home about.

The hotel advertises itself as a 4 star hotel but in my book it is a 3/3.5 star. You don't have coffee/tea in your room, no drinking water so if you want to have these basic necessities you have to overpay for them at the hotel or go outside and pay the right price. They also charge a big fee for the safe in the room, which is a first for me in a 4star hotel or for that matter, in any hotel. Also we paid for a full board but tap water wasn't included. It felt strange that a 4 star hotel wouldn't provide drinking water.

I would hugely recommend this beautifully planned property, if are looking for beach holiday this is the best place to be,please be mindful taxi service is only private there and it’s expensive if you use it very regularly, Uber etc doesn’t work there, so if you rent out car that will be the best discussion to explore around. We have been greeted by an Indian origin girl, who assisted us so well, can’t remember her name Mahima or something please pardon my memory if you are reading this, Kuddos to her service.

Not much, suggestion- can make improvement in bathroom kit, it was not machining with the service they provide.

The bathrooms were stinky and upon checking with the reception they facilitated the cleaning. The house service guys told us that it is the same case across rooms. In that case the hotel staff should take adequate steps to keep the rooms clean in advance and not wait for the customers to complain

The hotel had a lovely feel and the staff were super friendly . The prices to eat and drink are also quite reasonable. The location is just perfect and on the right side of town . There is a nice chilled adult area and good kids area with slides . The sea water pool was very nice .

The rooms felt very basic and not up the standard you would expect and one of the 3 rooms did not have fully operational AC . We did complain and it was temporarily fixed but then broke again . We were given a free family dinner at buffet . Although we went slightly out of session there was pretty much no nightly entertainment apart from in a dark room beside the adjoining cafe . This was disappointing.

Bad isolation of room regarding noice - it was difficult to sleep due to or young people outside or truck loading waste or walking people in the hall way; Breakfast was full of food but nothing was really tasting, the worst was coffee...
