Everyone who works there was so incredibly friendly and easy to talk to, the staff Manual was great to speak with and to hear the stories he could tell, the only downside is I didn't have enough time there ❤️

The Boss of this place Xavi is just amazing, he took the time to show me the most incredible wall of prized possessions away from the hotel A great football and hockey fan, I really cannot wait to one day come back ❤️

The hotel is in a great location, it’s very good value for money, the rooms are clean, the day staff were very helpful and friendly (and good at dominoes) the breakfast was good.

If people were making noise you could hear it through the wall. The night manager was slightly rude when returning home saying we were making too much noise (however not a bad thing necessarily for people looking for a more quiet stay)

Hotel was close to everything but quiet at night. Pool area good with chairs and sun beds. Rooms had balconies overlooking pool so nice to sit and have a drink. Being able to park the car securely although there was only room for a few cars .Staff were very nice.Breakfast being included.Bathrooms very good.

Having to pay to park the car. Rooms not having tea & coffee facilities. Only 1 pillow and very flat. WiFi awful could never get connected. No information in the room about what times breakfast is or what times you can use the pool and where you get towels or if you have to pay to get a key for the safe. We only stayed 1 night so to go and ask all these things wasn’t worth it but for someone staying a week would be very useful.

Got a room of my choice higher floor with view of the pool and town below. Hotel was a good price and breakfast was the best that I had from traveling 2wks in Spain. In North American terms, it served as a Brunch with everything in the rainbow. Excellent quality. Wonderful distance from shops and beach without the waterfront noise. Also 15min walk to bus station for connections to other cities.

a bit old style, the smell is a bit weird (typical of old building I guess) but very clean. the breakfast food wasn’t great but decent. the Wi-Fi doesn’t work well.

We loved the old school style and ambiance of the premise. The balcony with the view on the city and on the pool were perfect for us. The building is quite gorgeous in my opinion. The room are spacious. Great breakfast overall !

Centrallyl located, 5 mins walk to beach & restaurants. Not noisy as away from main areas. Parking onsite €12.00 per day which is rare in centre Lloret. Pool an extra too. Breakfast included buffet style, lots of choice. Air con rooms with small balcony. Went in June 2022 & not busy so often had pool to ourselves. The location & triple bed rooms with parking onsite is why I choose this hotel for our family mini break. Staff friendly & accommodating

Only negative is Wifi which is extremely unstable & rather annoying slow if can access. You need 4G on your phone. Suggestions:Tv's in rooms not needed any more with access to so much online as long as you have 4G. A small fridge would be better than a TV. Rooms alittle dated , nasty drain smell in mornings from our shower trap

Great and calm location and value for the money,decent breakfast,we stayed 3 night with a kid and it was a nice short vacation.

Unfortunately third day we realised that some parts of breakfast were from yesterday and wfi is not really working properly all the time.Other than that clean and comfy.

Good location, very clean, great aircon!

We went for breakfast at 9.30 on 2 mornings (it finishes at 10). The hot food was cold. Also the 3rd bed in the room was really uncomfortable.

Breakfast was OK. Found something to eat generally. Location was excellent. Free air con and safe. Pool area was great. It was clean and was cleaned 2 out of the 3 days we were there.

The bar didn't open while half 5 which was good so we could drink our own drinks but as there were no fridges they soon became warm.
