We took a sea view room and it was fabulous to wake up and see the sea. The air con in the room was brilliant as the temperatures were high. Great location, only a short walk from the shops and lovely back streets. Staff were brilliant and so helpful even at our 4 am check out. The food was very good and nice to get the 10% discount in the restaurant Les Pixtrines at the front of the hotel. We would certainly stay here if we were to visit Lloret de Mar again.

From the moment arriving we got good service from the friendly staff. The best is the location, it's so close to the beach yet really close to the city centre and groceries shopping. The view from the balcony was amazing and even though it was raining one day, the balcony was dry and we could chill there. You get the cleaning lady each day, getting you fresh towels and wipes the floor. It's worth visiting!

Maybe only the soap could be liquid in the dispenser

Excellent location, excellent view. Always chose a sea view - it is worth to wake up happy seeing a sky and sea. The hotel had a little renovation from my last visit in autumn, everything is fresh.

Sometimes it is loud at nights from the street (sea side), but it is not a problem of hotel. Just to notice for people who need silence.

The spa area on the roof was amazing. Really nice way to relax and enjoy the space to yourself. It's worth the extra charge. The location is very good. Choose the Sea view. It's beautiful. Very nice area for a few days away...

VERY clean property and very friendly and helpful staff. The room was after renovation, nice and bright with sea view. Towels were changed and room cleaned every day.

Shower cabin was little and little tight.

Easy access to sea front .. reception staff where polite and friendly.. upgraded us from standard room to sea view room as our room wasn't ready .. even though we arrived at 12 and check in .. was from 3 o clock ..

Nothing to dislike..

I loved my stay at Hotel URH Excelsior. Right by the beach. Gorgeous view onto the sea from my balcony. The staff was so nice. Always helpful and very professional. I definitely recommend to all and i will surely stay there again if i come back to beautiful Lloret!
