Good location, near open parking lot (pricey at €30 overnight), and a short walk to waterfront through lanes and squares. Easy to find many local restaurants. We were lucky to be upgraded to a sixth floor room with roof terrace including sun lounges. The lift goes to 5th floor then walk up one flight of steps. The room was clean and adequate; a fan in the bathroom and a better door on the shower would benefit the hotel. The bed was large and comfortable with two pillows each. We didn’t try the food, preferring to wander about and find our own. The reception staff were fine but not really friendly; eyes glued to the screen whenever you walked past.

Really nice place, not too expensive. Rooms are comfortable and clean, with balcony. Pool section is really great, with a cool and relaxed vibe.

Coffee that is served at breakfast isnt coffee. Simple espresso is made as it is filtered. I guess the machines for the coffee are not good. So we had to buy a real espresso later in the bar after each breakfast. Parking at Lloret is really an issue. Hotel could arrange something with the parking lots right next to it, for a cheaper price or something. We stayed 3 days there and we had to pay at the end 90 euros for the parking, which is absurd.

The hotel had a very cozy atmosphere. Located a few blocks away from nightclubs, restaurants and noise, giving the opportunity to explore and enjoy all that, but coming back to a quiet room. The pool area had very comfortable furniture and the bar offered the best cappuccino. I had a room with half board, and I was happy with both breakfast and dinner.

This is something that I took lightly and not personal, the staff was polite and helpful, but sometimes their responses in english can be received as rude, due to their way of translating things from spanish into english.

From the moment you enter this property you feel like a welcome guest. Super cute, clean and comfy with a trendy vibe. Check out the adorable wallpaper. Staff in lobby and cafe were very attentive, patient and friendly. Beds and pillows were comfy so we had a good night sleep. Happy to have a mini fridge and a kettle/coffee set up in room! Products supplied were upscale and thoughtful. We loved everything about this place! Oh, try the dinner buffet. Best buffet we have had in a LONG time, and a bargain at 21 Euros each (including wine!).

No hotel parking available. 24€ for overnight parking in a local garage. We parked 1/4 mile away for free. You can stop at the hotel to drop luggage.

The property was beautiful and definitely seemed the best in central Lloret. Aesthetically pleasing and the reception staff were very helpful and kind to us. The bed was very comfortable, we travelled as a couple with a toddler and there was a little funfair opposite which was perfect for us! Room seemed soundproof as no noise from outside street, we were 2nd floor.

I don’t feel the cleaning of the restaurant or rooms was up to standard. Hairs on shower basin and hairs around breakfast buffet which was off putting. Mugs were dirty. Room was cleaned but towels taken away and not replaced (resolved at reception) and used glasses were not taken out (I took them to the bar myself) Pool wasn’t heated which was a shame even though the weather was hot and mid summer the pool water was still really cold.

The room was a little small, but the beds were comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was great. The bottled water and sweets received on arrival were very welcome and the hotel was tastefully decorated. The buffet breakfast was very satisfying and the price reasonable.

I had trouble finding accommodation, so I settled for Lloret de Mar, which is extremely touristy and the beachfront area very tacky. Too bad this hotel isn't in a less touristy place.

I have fell in love with this hotel ! Rooms are very clean ! They re very hygienic ! Staff are very helpful & nice ! The director is always on the spot with guests guiding them through the hotel , she & the staff are very friendly, the food was so enjoyable & delicious & varied from day to day, The receptionist have been such a good help as well , Overall amazing experience, recommend it to everyone coming around this city

It was a great stay in such an aesthetically boho decorated renovated hotel,great location near the beach ,Cala banys and bus station ,nice breakfast and dinner ,professional friendly reception and concierge by Othman and his colleagues , such a calm vibe , definitely a revisit as a Barcelona local .

Perfectly clean, very well located, staff very nice and responsive to every little demand. Always a smile and small chat from their side, all of them. I felt in security as an alone woman traveller
