The hotel is not big and has an atmosphere and a unique design. You can spend your time near the small swimming pool or in the lobby with table games or at the bar. Some are also working with laptops. Hotel guests are quiet. The personnel is very friendly, hardworking, and caring, will help you with any questions. The room is simple but with a comfortable bed and a balcony. Cleaning service every morning. Meals are reach and of a good quality. A good variety of everything. Dinners are never the same (we had 5 days). There's always a cook on site roasting an omelet/pancakes, or fish/meat personally for you. The times of meals are very convenient. The location is good: outside of the main noise of the city but nevertheless in the center: near the bus station (2 min), supermarket, 10-15 min walk to the beach. Several parking options are just around the hotel (30 Euro per day). At the reception, you will also be provided with the info about the much cheaper variant (ca. 9 Euro).A parking garage at the shopping mall - very modern and safe. Can be booked and paid online just before you drive there. 20 min walk back. Recommend you when you use the car not every day. There is also an (un)loading parking spot at the hotel. We were pleasantly surprised with the hotel, personnel and enjoyed the staying. Thank you!

Not very much space in the shower. Coffee at breakfast could be better. Doesn't relate to the hotel: Better not open the window at night because the city never sleeps (you need to understand it before planning your vacation). But the beach is wonderful: clean sand and water, and very spacious and doesn't felt like overcrowded.

It was very clean, cozy, stylish. We also had dinners included , the food was exceptional - a big choice of meat, fish, vegetables, fruits and everything. We never got bored of it and never had to go and eat outside. The stuff was friendly and always nice. They also have a nice pool you can chill in. And also at Saturday they invite a DJ, which was also nice. Did not expect much from the Hotel, but it turned out to be one of our best experiences, especially the value for money!

It was always challenging to get an iron. They don’t have it in every room, and they have it only one to share across all rooms. It took us 2 days to finally get it

Good breakfast and dinner, location is good as well, not too far from the beach, just one minute from bus station, acrually very good location. Room was generaly clean, even that can be little better, but ok. I informed the hotel regarding late check in (after midnight), when I arrived at the hotel I was told that they kept some dinner for us! I wish i knew that earlier :) but very nice from hotel. I was told that my room was upgraded one, I had a nice terace with two sunbeds and two nice chairs, really nice.

Room was at the top of the building, and that was a probelm when coming back from beach since when you leave the room the power shut down and the AC as well, room was too hot and it took it quite long to cool it down. There was a guy from dining facility who was acting as a "boss" during dinner time, creating unecessary waiting line even lot of tables free, his attitude did not match the rest of the stuff.

The food was excellent and the pool was extremely exceptional. The weekend entertainment was a nice surprise

Good location, near open parking lot (pricey at €30 overnight), and a short walk to waterfront through lanes and squares. Easy to find many local restaurants. We were lucky to be upgraded to a sixth floor room with roof terrace including sun lounges. The lift goes to 5th floor then walk up one flight of steps. The room was clean and adequate; a fan in the bathroom and a better door on the shower would benefit the hotel. The bed was large and comfortable with two pillows each. We didn’t try the food, preferring to wander about and find our own. The reception staff were fine but not really friendly; eyes glued to the screen whenever you walked past.

The hotel was very cosy and made it feel like home, the food was great and quite a few options. Staff were very kind and caring, made us feel welcome. The place overall was very clean and well looked after, and the beds extremely comfortable. The stay were great and we definitely enjoyed it

The room was supposed to be soundproofed but only from the outside, but we could hear our next room neighbours very clearly, so it was hard to sleep

Really nice place, not too expensive. Rooms are comfortable and clean, with balcony. Pool section is really great, with a cool and relaxed vibe.

Coffee that is served at breakfast isnt coffee. Simple espresso is made as it is filtered. I guess the machines for the coffee are not good. So we had to buy a real espresso later in the bar after each breakfast. Parking at Lloret is really an issue. Hotel could arrange something with the parking lots right next to it, for a cheaper price or something. We stayed 3 days there and we had to pay at the end 90 euros for the parking, which is absurd.

Breakfast and dinner buffet was amazing! Great variety of food and all incredibly tasty. Service was great as well. Rooms are small but just right. Beds were very cozy as well! Overall, ammenities are good and the place is very welcoming.

The room’s bathroom was disappointing - shower was old and had a cracked floor. It did not feel very clean and was also very small. The pool was also a bit dirty but I can understand it was because of the crowds.

The hotel had a very cozy atmosphere. Located a few blocks away from nightclubs, restaurants and noise, giving the opportunity to explore and enjoy all that, but coming back to a quiet room. The pool area had very comfortable furniture and the bar offered the best cappuccino. I had a room with half board, and I was happy with both breakfast and dinner.

This is something that I took lightly and not personal, the staff was polite and helpful, but sometimes their responses in english can be received as rude, due to their way of translating things from spanish into english.

From the moment you enter this property you feel like a welcome guest. Super cute, clean and comfy with a trendy vibe. Check out the adorable wallpaper. Staff in lobby and cafe were very attentive, patient and friendly. Beds and pillows were comfy so we had a good night sleep. Happy to have a mini fridge and a kettle/coffee set up in room! Products supplied were upscale and thoughtful. We loved everything about this place! Oh, try the dinner buffet. Best buffet we have had in a LONG time, and a bargain at 21 Euros each (including wine!).

No hotel parking available. 24€ for overnight parking in a local garage. We parked 1/4 mile away for free. You can stop at the hotel to drop luggage.
