Location is close to beaches almost beachfront. There is a parking for the cars with a loot of shades. Supermarket in front and close to restaurants from beachfront. Breakfast is good. And they have lunch and dinner for a good price (although I didn’t try it) The surrounding location is peaceful (besides de bar in front of the hotel) Room very clean and great staff

In front of the hotel there is a bar that in some days are quite noisy. The hotel is not so close to downtown, but still in a fair walking distance that can be done by the beach or by the neighborhood both very pleasant walks. I particularly find the pillows a bit to low, i would take my own next time.

The rooms were nice with large balconies. A great place to sit for afternoon and evening sun. The rooms were not large, but did not feel crowded.The breakfast was quite good with a variety of cold and hot options. Whie not directly on the beach, we were very close and the board walk (wide concrete pathway) was very nice to stroll along.

There were some minor things in the rooms that needed repair. Specifically door latches for the balcony doors. We had 3 rooms and none of the latches worked. General maintenance seemed to be a little behind.

Well located, clean, huge bed, good breakfast and facilities.

Pay for use on things like safe etc (minimal cost but a long time since I’ve paid for that!). There was a problem with the fire alarm going off intermittently early morning. Assume not an ongoing problem!

Friendly staff, clean, comfortable room. Shower was amazing!

We had bed and breakfast only. Although the food was varied, very tasty and plentiful, the hot food was barely warm. It would have been a bonus if there was a kettle in the room

My family liked the buffet for breakfast and dinner. The kids loved the pool.

The staff that checked us in was slow, there was a line in front of me, but only one person at the front desk. There should have been more, specially at check-in time

Low cleaning quality, noisy air conditioner, long check in process with problems with payment checking and unavailabily to have 2 rooms from one booking at least on the same floor

The pool was great because it had different activities for the kids.

The breakfast was amazing, lots to choose from! The room size was great, it was just my kid and it was very roomy! The bathroom was very clean and over all we were happy with our stay there! We couldn't use the pool because the hotel was closing for the winter but it was a nice size
