The location and facilities very good value for the money. The staff in the restaurant were very welcoming and kind, thank you for that, really enjoyed our breakfest time!

At the arrival, we felt like we are not welcome there, the staff at the reception kind of ignored us. So we patiently waited till they will finish their tasks. I used to live in Spain for 4 years before Covid and still speak Spanish well, but it seemed they have some political reasons for this attitude, as we are from Eastern Europe( Latvia). I understand that almost no one in Spain usually knows where our country Latvia is and our history, but in the future we probably choose another hotel when visiting Costa Brava.

Absolutely great value for money. If you are seeking luxury items, it might not be for you, but here you will find everything you need, if you are looking for a holiday that won‘t cost you the world. We loved it and we were not missing anything! We went off season by the way. There was a good variety at dinner and breakfast for everyone. Thank you so much!

The rooms were clean, but tables at breakfast and dinner, never seemed to be cleaned underneath the table cloth and overall items such as elevators seemed not very clean either. The plastic furniture on the balconies have seen better times. But that’s all not too bad, considering the price of the hotel.

I really liked this hotel. The staff was friendly, the rooms were spacious, there was a paid underground parking garage and free parking outside the hotel. I stayed with my 2 dogs (18 euros per night). Everything was very convenient, shops and malls around, the beach is not far away and the food was delicious. I chose the breakfast and dinner option, it was great value for money.

Nothing.

The room was large, clean & tidy and had a balcony. The breakfast was excellent, it was buffet style, so much choice, it had everything including a full English breakfast . Coffee & Juices etc, can't fault it, something for everyone. The pool was great, a nice place to relax, and it also had a pool bar with very reasonable prices. Even had a free underground car park.

For the money I cannot think of anything we didn't like.

Spacious, comfortable, spotlessly clean room with plenty of storage and excellent lighting. A good sized balcony with comfortable seats and a table. Large shower cubicle with a fully height adjustable shower head. Close to two large supermarkets for picnic food. Great coffee in the coffee machine at breakfast.

Some mornings there wasn't yoghurt available - but there was always plenty of other options

Great place, close to all the necessary shops, and the beach is a 30 minute walk away. Breakfasts were varied. Rooms are cleaned every day. The staff is friendly and always ready to help. And of course, amazing views of the coast and beaches.

Excellent location. Lovely staff. Rooms were nice and clean and spacious. The aircon was great. Second time staying here. We'll be back.

Fantastic hotel in the centre of Platja D’Aro

Couple of problems which were really important Safe didn’t work and room door didn’t lock automatically without checking it was closed

Very friendly staff, great location, delicious breakfast and a nice poolside bar. The hotel is also pet-friendly, which was a big plus. I highly recommend it!

-All was excellent - I felt like Jackie Kennedy as my bed sheets and towels were changed daily!!

When we had dinner (I invited my family to join me) we were rushed to finish at 9.20 pm - chuck out time was 10 pm. Also when my son in law asked for another bottle of laager he was told there was none left - we didn't believe it. I work in customer service and know the feeling of wanting to finish early but I would be out of a job if I harassed people to hurry
