The location of the hotel is perfect, about 200 meters from the beach. Everything you might need is available within a few dozen meters around the hotel. The buffet breakfast and dinner are very rich and diverse. The staff is kind and helpful. A special convenience is the luggage storage room, in case your departure flight is later in the day. Of course, the rooftop pool with a bar, located on the 6th floor, further enhances the overall impression.

The cleaning staff does not clean the floors regularly, so dust accumulates along the edges.

Staff was great, location was ideal and everything was clean. I even saw how they were taking water to test if the pool was clean or not. And some people were complaining in reviews about thin walls, i have never noticed anything like that. Food was fine for the price

I was staying at the fifth floor which was the last floor and on the balcony there was no awning and it was impossible to go out on the balcony during the day.

Location was excellant . Reception staff are friendly . room was clean & comfortable . Pool.area a lovely relaxing space .Food area is very clean & runs smoothly . Food is good .

Pool bar could do with opening a little earlier 11am was quite late i think as tnere were lots of people up there sunbathing wanting drinks etc . Also would be nice for the bar to stay open on a night as its a roof terrace so a pleasent atmosphere.

Check in was fast and friendly. All the staff were so lovely and helpful. The food in the restaurant was great and the staff there got to know us after day 1 and always had our same table ready for us at mealtimes. The hotel was clean, the cleaner Kaur was lovely and kept our room spotless. If we needed anything all we had to do was ask. The reception staff were really helpful with any questions we had and we were able to sort out a later checkout. Thank you all so much. Keep up the fantastic work and customer service. We really had a great stay here.

The rooms were spacious and comfortable and the location is close to the beach 🏖️. The Breakfast and dinner buffet was also very good 😊.

Although rated a 4star it has a 3 star feel. Can use a few updates like new hallway carpet and structural updates. Also the walls are paper thin, we could hear the room next door all night long…this being quite disrupting to our sleep for our 3 night stay.

The bed and towels are white, clean, towels were changed every day, the rooms were cleaned daily, good Wi-Fi, the hotel is located not far from the sea, from restaurants and shopping arcades. The staff is excellent, friendly. English breakfast, fresh seasonal fruits. Great view from the roof of the hotel where the swimming pool and bar are located.

There is some audibility between the rooms, but this is more a question for the guests.

The staff are all very nice and hard working people at every moment they are ready to answer your questions and assist with your needs. Breakfast was amazing, wide choice and everything tasty, no need to be afraid that they would run out of anything. From my side no complaints at all and I will definitely return to this hotel the next time I`m in Lloret.

Our rooms weren’t cleaned each day but wasn’t that big a deal !

I liked everything, the staff at the reception was very kind, the girl at the reception welcomed us very professionally. Every morning the cleaners washed the floors, fixed the bed linen and put clean towels. The pool was brutal. Breakfast and food were also delicious. The sea is much closer than it says and that is another great rating. All recommendations
