Location, location, location!!! Great location, right in the center of old town. We reserved the parking spot for our car with the hotel (paid parking). Parking spot was at the other hotel which was located outside of walkable city. We agreed with the hotel once we'll get to the parking garage we will call the hotel and they will come and pick us up with our luggage and that was very helpful! And the same way we checked out from the hotel. We had two rooms, one with one queen size bed, which was much smaller room then the room with two single beds. Both rooms were very comfortable. Rooms had no balconies but the view from the windows from both rooms had nice view. Hotel has an elevator, so there is no problem with taking your luggage to your room. Breakfast had a very good selection of sweet and savory food. If you want specialty coffee, you need to order it from the waiter and that is extra price. Hotel has a very nice restaurant located in the same building and you need a dinner reservation to see a beautiful sunset.

I stayed at Hotel Titano for one night to stay in San Marino and what a good choice I made as it is very centrally located in San Marino and only a 15 minute walk from the Bonelli Shuttle Bus I took from Rimini. From arriving ahead of check in time to store my bags, the staff were friendly and super helpful. When I returned to check in they had moved my bags to my room which was an unexpected nice touch. The room itself was incredibly spacious and extremely comfortable with a double bed. The bathroom was well equipped and I had a great shower! The buffet breakfast was one of the best I've had - so much choice and I really felt well fuelled ahead of my onward travels. Would highly recommend!

Nothing I didn't like - everything was excellent and exceeded my expectations.

Dan was the most efficient and knowledgeable concierge. He was so Very helpful and friendly. The location of Hotel Titano was excellent. Due to the location of the hotel, which is within the ancient city, it is not possible to drive to this hotel or any of the other hotels within the ancient city. So we parked in a public car park and Hotel Titano organised very efficiently to pick us up at the car park, with the luggage and took us back when we were leaving. Breakfast was MORE than adequate. It was delicious and bountiful.

There is NOTHING to complain about. It was all exceptional.

The foam mattresses were wonderfully comfortable. Bathroom was modern and clean. The location was ideal - so easy to walk about, stop off to drop stuff, then head back out. It was right in the centre. The staff were polite and friendly. Generally pretty quiet, only a few people on the street late one night.

Some of the advice from the staff could be a bit more tailored. Could have used a mirror outside of the bathroom, as the three of us had to wait for each other to use it. The wall mounted toilet was creaky... Made me a bit nervous every time I sat on it even though I am pretty small. There were only 2 plugs in the room and one in the bathroom. Hard for charging and using appliances, etc. Wouldn't recommend La Terraza restaurant for food. Everything was surprisingly blandly flavoured (we had the almond pesto gnocchi, venison steak, tartufo & ham pasta). The view was lovely though especially at sunset so maybe just a glass of wine would be good.

Hotel was very historical and beautiful at the Heart of San Marino! Staff were helpful and friendly. Cleaning was very good. Had a nice restaurant with beautiful view. Overall it was nice.

I am not sure if it is possible or not but make sure your room is not in the -1 floor (maybe better write a note while booking). Because WiFI and general Sim Card Set (Connection) is totally Not working at -1 and you can’t do anything with your phone while you are in your room. That’s really annoying.

The location wad great, the staff members were very friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfy. Great views from our room.

I am a very light sleeper and I believe that our room was below the reception, we have stayed there two nights and it was very loud until 11.30 pm and then very noise again at around 5am. So if you are a light sleeper, I would recommend taking some earplugs.

We stayed with Rioca for just one night and are quite satisfied with the place. All the practical things were in place for a convenient stay - a clean spacious room, a good bed, many pillows, TV, coffee machine. Personnel is super friendly and helpful and the vibe in the lobby was really nice. We'll be happy to visit the hotel again once we're in Ulm.

Although parking was supposed to be included with our hotel stay, the hotel's parking was full. As a result, we had to find alternative parking, which was a paid parking lot located an 8-minute walk away from the hotel.

Lovely hotel in the centre of the beautiful historic town of San Marino. Our room ( junior suite)was very spacious, comfortable, and modern . The staff were excellent. There was a very good choice at breakfast. We ate at the hotel's restaurant, La Terrazza, which has stunning views, and the food was excellent. A thoroughly enjoyable stay.

We loved our stay there! The staff were really nice and offered great old world hospitality everywhere we went. We traveled by car and needed safe and secure parking. The parking was very safe in a locked garage near by. The restaurant of the hotel was also very good and has some really nice views. The breakfast restaurant also offers some old world charm which is not surprising as this is one of the oldest hotels in San Marino. All in all 10 starts from us and we would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. We parked our car at their other hotel and a porter helped us take our luggage a 5 min walk to the titiano. The hotel is situated, as is all of the inner city of san Marino, on A very steep incline. The hotel itself is fabulous, on multi levels with a great restaurant on their upper terrace. Views are amazing. Breakfast was lovely and plentiful with everything from croissants, cakes pastry,fruits, breads, meats and cheeses. Location to all of the sights was excellent with numerous restaurants nearby.

Our room was a little to warm for us at night, however the air con worked well.
