Traveling from Italy to Spain, we chose to stay at Ibis Lunel Petite Camargue due to its convenient location and positive reviews. It turned out to be the perfect choice. The room was spacious with a modern design, and we had an excellent night’s sleep thanks to the comfortable bed and blackout curtains that ensured complete darkness. The room was also perfectly quiet. A significant advantage for us was the private parking, as we had many personal belongings with us. The highlight of our stay, however, was the exceptional staff. Communication was brilliant, friendly, clear, and extremely helpful—even after we had checked out. We realized we had left our AirPods in the room and called the hotel. Emily, the staff member who assisted us, went above and beyond by personally checking the room for us. Although she didn't initially find them, she promised to follow up with the housekeeping team and call us back. It turned out that our AirPods were in our car, but Emily’s kindness and dedication left a lasting impression. We have never experienced such outstanding service and genuine willingness to help guests. We sincerely thank Emily for her efforts and wish her all the best in her career. We would be delighted to stay at this hotel again.

This Ibis is superb. Large room and bathroom. Great staff. Bar and restaurant. We have stayed in many Ibis hotels. They all do the basics well, but have small rooms and tiny bathrooms. This one is the best Ibis we have stayed in.

The hotel is oddly positioned on the outskirts of town, surrounded by warehouses. However the hotel is an oasis. Our windows faced the countryside.

I liked the security. I felt comfortable. The entire staff was fantastic. The bed was comfortable. I got a good nights sleep Enjoyed the breakfast the first day, the second day all the food was cold.

Smoking was directly outside the entrance. As we dined smoke entered. That was the only thing that I thought the hotel needed to change. Simply moved away so the cigarette smoke doesn’t come in through the lobby.

This is our favorite place to stay on our drive from Spain to the French Alps, it is easy to get to from the highway, free, easy parking, and a great value for the money. We love their restaurant and it is so nice to have a really good meal at the end of a long drive. I also love the decor and the comfy lounge/reception area.

The shower floor was slippery and it could have used grab bars. Other than that, I can't find anything to complain about.

I stayed here for a night on the drive down from Verbier to Barcelona. This was my first stay at an Ibis and I am happy to go back to this location. It reminds me of a Moxy but with more spacious rooms. The hotel is new, modern and very clean. It's super easy to get to from the A9 and there is conveniently a modern rest area/aire/gas station with a Starbucks when you head back onto the highway from the hotel in the morning. They have really made an effort with the landscaping and terrace with a food truck so you don't feel like you're right off the highway in the middle of nowhere. The restaurant/bar was convenient and had nice ambiance. I traveled with my dog and she was very comfortable in the room with me. They close the gate to the hotel grounds at night so I felt that my car was safe in the parking lot. Linens and towels were soft. Most importantly-mattress and pillows were comfortable and I hope they will replace them every year so everyone gets to have quality sleep when they stay there. Thank you to the management, cleaning staff, front desk staff and landscapers for running a great hotel.

The hotel staff was exceptionally friendly and the room clean and comfortable. The hotel is close to the motorway, and ideal for a stop over night when traveling, but there is not much to discover right around the hotel. However, there is an nice restaurant in the hotel, so no need to go out elsewhere for dinner.

Good location, easy access from the motorway. Plenty of choices for the breakfast.

I had dinner on the evening and was served a pulled duck burger that was not well cooked (heated), the burger was served more ore less cold from the fridge. I complained and got 5% discount?! - A joke!

This hotel is much better than the average Ibis. It has a more upmarket feel and is well run. Pleasant indoor and outdoor bar areas. Secure parking.

Black room design was not to my taste. Don't like the toilet being separate from the bathroom.

The property was clean and the staff were very nice, always eager to help. I was also able to park and even charge my electric car for free. I also liked the food options from the restaurant.

The breakfast options not so great.

We stop here on our way driving from Alicante to Val Thorens, France. We chose it for the location but love it for the charm, the food, and the staff. It's a really cute place and an excellent value. We especially love having such a nice meal after a long day of driving.
