Nice architecture and interior design for the hotel as a whole. The outdoor pool is very good: you can manually turn on functions of the pool. It’s also pretty big and the water has perfect temperature.

The elevator is manually operated: you have to continously press the button for the elevator to run. And it’s very slow. The room we were staying in (around 32m2, for a family of 5) didn’t feel like 4-star hotel quality. Low quality furniture, very loud and old air conditioning unit that was centrallly operated so you couldn’t turn it off. The lights were super minimal.

What a surprise. The staff is excellent, without exception. The General Manager can always be seen watching over repairs done, updating of facilities, supervising the wait staff and even receiving daily briefs by her employees. The restaurant/breakfast room personnel were incredible. I cannot give names due to potential privacy infractions, but from the host, to the waitresses, I was amazed by their professionalism, expediency and their eagerness to support the guests in whatever need arose. The rooms were always cleaned from top to bottom, no shortcuts taken and the same applies even to the common areas. The breakfast was always plentifull, the coffee made fresh to order utilizing a barista and mixed drinks usually spot on. Rental bikes are available and reserving an umbrella and two chaits in row five always a breeze. It is not easy to keep such a high traffic place functioning and presentable, but the employees of La Pergola should be proud. I felt completely at ease, comfortable while knowing that the staff takes pride in their work to ensure we as guests are not lacking anything. Iwill be happy to visit in the future again.

The WIFI was a bit weak in our corner although the signal originated nearby; Parking can be challenging when fully booked; The pool was a tad too small for the amount of guests present, which includes the available umbrellas and chairs; The dinner choices were a bit lacking.

Hotel is very kids-friendly - I was so impressed. Staff is kind and helpful. Swimming pool is great and the hotel offers bike for free (including kid's seat) and it made the difference. It is easy to explore the region with bike. Breakfast was good with options of fresh fruits. Room is simples, but very clean and it works well! Also include AC. Looking forward to coming back soon. :)

Amazing! Great, new structure with awesome staff. The room was very beautiful, even the soap was fancy, but the real top was the staff: everyone, from the receptionist to the housekeeper, was extremely available and kind. A great experience!!

The staff is very friendly, clean pool, tasty food, good location in a quiet garden, no rush for the sunbeds in the morning

Good location, close to the sea, very friendly staff. Free parking, playground for children, free bicycles, nice swimming pool.

I can’t say there were things I didn’t like.

A/C did not work in our room, staff was very helpful about it. They tried to repaire it but we got a new room after just 10 minutes! The new room was even bigger! The staff is very friendly and they are doing their best to make your stay pleasent.

Unfortunately, there were a lot of mosquitos in the first room especially. Maybe this is seasonal. Mosquito screens for the windows would be helpful!

The Place is very well situated: close to the beach, the city center and Pineta. Bikes are available for free . The staff is very professional, friendly and kind.

The showers enclosure was clunky and made the space really small
