Our best experience ever in a B&B! The house is new, modern and furnished tastefully. Secure parking in the driveway. Rooms were very comfortable, clean and well equipped - even down to the windows having mosquito nets incorporated so you could still have the windows and balcony door open. Beautiful view of Sant'Antioco. Situated on a very quiet street off the road. A very peaceful night's sleep every night. Franco was an amazing host. Full of enthusiasm, helpful advice on where to go and couldn't do enough for us. He tries his heart out and I believe he is not charging enough per night for his hospitality compared to many B&B's we've stayed in and not even received half of the quality or pleasure. I wish him every success! Breakfast was of superior quality to any other B&B we have ever stayed at. You could request what ever you preferred and Franco would get it in for you - and the best bit was eating breakfast outside in the glorious Sardinian sunshine. Franco made a tremendous effort in pleasing his guests and I can't commend him enough. 10/10 isn't a high enough score in my opinion! Plenty of nice restaurants to eat at in Sant'Anna Arresi - especially 'I Pirate Sardi' ... The most exquisite seafood restaurant we've experienced. Porto Pino only 10 minutes away and many more beautiful beaches a short journey up the coast. Horse riding 15 minutes away around the bay.

Franco is the greatest host in the world! :) He is super friendly, explained everything, gave tips and made the most amazing breakfast. The room is spacious and very clean (the whole house is new), with a balcony that overlooks the sea. You have everything you need there (there is even a laundry machine on the bigger terrace). Free parking in the yard. It was the best stay we had and I fully recommend it, don't miss your chance!

The location was centre for the south western part of Sardinia. The room had amazing view and very clean. But the best part was how helpful and caring Franco was. He made the best breakfast and he was always happy. We couldn’t have had a better experience. We will definitely come back and stay here again.

The stay in Franco‘s B&B was excellent! We enjoyed every minute of it. He is an amazing, heartwarming and wonderful host and the room has everything you need. This B&B is a hidden gem!

The location: Sant'Anna Arresi is perfectly located in the south west part of the Sargedna - various places are close by for visit: Nora, Grotte Is Zuddas (wow!), Chia Beach, Tuerrada Beach, Isola San Piedro, Port Pino + Dune The building: A new complex, with spacious parking, nice terrace where the breakfast is served, wonderful view into the west (for sunsets) over the laguna The room: Modern, simple, clean! Balcony! Simply perfect The breakfast: Cappuccino deluxe, cakes, croissants, savory bites and fruits - yummy! The host: Franco is Dr. Touri! He's the best - takes care of everything - including recommendations, hints, advice and always a funny comment .... The summary: Book without hesitation when free!

We had a wonderful 4 night stay at this property. Franco is a fabulous host who takes 100 % care of his guests starting the day with delicious and changing breakfasts on the terrace, valuable tips for visits of the area including beaches and restaurants. The modern house is new and comfortable. Free parking is available inside the Courtyard of the house. The rooms/bathrooms as well as the shared areas are impeccably clean and very well equipped. The rooms are quiet. The location is great to explore the area. We can warmly recommend this property and hope to return there for another visit.

Everything! especially the host! Franco is exceptional and fantastic. it felt like he's one of my personal friends :D. The room is great and the bed is sooooo comfortable I also asked him about the brand of the materass.

What great hospitality! Franco welcomed us with open arms and provided everything and anything we may needed for a wonderful stay. Modern and clean, with a delicious breakfast.

Easy going, friendly, clean and comfortable

We stayed at this BnB this August and we really couldn't have asked for anything more! The location is brilliant for reaching the gorgeous beaches, lovely restaurants near by. The BnB it self is very modern and beautifully presented to the last detail. The host, Franco was not only friendly but went out of his way to make sure we had all comforts at hand. This is a family run buisness, with Franco always at hand for your every need, nothing was ever too much to ask, ( he makes the best cappuccino) and his lovely wife makes the homemade cakes that are served at breakfast! We can't wait to go back next year, would definitely recommend . Oh, and did I mention Franco makes the BEST cappuccino? 5 stars from us Amanda e Tim
