First of all, The name of Director - F&B - Mr Amit Mehta name should be written. He is an excellent, professional and outstanding gentleman, who understand customers need, requirement and helped us in an astonishing way, when we had our trains late. Immediately he asked front office to give us a delayed check out of 4 / 5 hrs. This was real great help and such person are REAL ASSETS to a 5 Star Hotel. This gesture should be appreciated by Senior Management and such staff are to be retained by 5 Star Hotels, which adds value for a Hotel. Mr. Ravi of House Keeping was very good, co-operative and helpful and wish him to be appreciated by Management. In F&B Mr Sayan and Mr Satpal Singh was also helpful. Mr Nikunj at reception was co-operative and helpful. In the last also, Mr Amit Mehta help was just SUPERB AND OUTSTANDING.

Very nice bar and 24hr restaurant - possibly the best medu wadas I've eaten at breakfast !! A little daunting to get to, since it has 2 entrances (one smaller one from a mall, and the mail one from a main road) - Google Maps directed me to the mall entrance, and it was a little confusing to visually locate the entrance but after that, it was all very smooth. General location is very convenient.

Prime location, best part is that its beside DB mall and there is an inner way to the mall directly via Starbucks. So, its convenient if you are bored or feeling lazy or shopaholic. Best food buffet and taste is delicious. And if you are staying here do experience the buffet in Momo Cafe inside Marriott. In room dining experience is also fast (max: 20-30 mins) and fresh.

Rooms could have been more sound proofed. As it’s in prime location and a well known hotel, so there were a lot of parties and gatherings in the peak time (Christmas & New Year) which sometimes hindered your peaceful stay.

The breakfast buffet was very good and varried. The staff were responsive. Rooms are big and quiet. Nice desk to work. Comfortable couch area in the room.

Small leakage from under the shower door due to a misplaced joint. Nothing problematic but the bath mat would be wet if the shower takes too long.

The breakfast spread was extensive, and with a 'live cooking station' you could order almost anything freshly cooked for breakfast! We loved the fact that it was part of the wider DB City Mall. We literally walked 1 min to enter the mall which is open till 11 pm on most days. We shopped and ate quite a bit in the mall

More toilet paper in the rooms please!

The breakfast at the hotel was really nice - I appreciated the sous chef's help particularly! But the entire staff was very helpful and the food was delicious. The hotel is located by a big mall which is very helpful.

Courtyard Mariott is located at the DB Mall in Bhopal and that's an excellent location. I did not get to use the pool this time due to paucity of time but it looked quite inviting. The breakfast spread was really excellent and the variety was wonderful - both for vegetarians and non-vegetarians.

Breakfast included South Indian/North Indian/western and have provided all sorts of healthier options too. Staff were courteous and helpful. Location is also great, next to biggest shopping mall. Multiple locations to sit quietly and enjoy.

Not complaining, but americano coffee can be improved. Of course, you have covered this with several other coffee choices. Grilled chicken preparation to be revisited in the restaurant.

I liked the food, room size, and the services rendered. There was plethora of items to choose from in the morning breakfast. I also liked the general behaviour of the hotel personnel. Everyone associated with my stay at the hotel was highly cooperative.

I didn't like the cab charges for visit to the places of tourist interest around Bhopal. It must be reasonable one so as to facilitate movement of the guests staying at your hotel without putting strain on their budget.

The place is really good and can be recommended if someone is willing to stay in Bhopal. Room service and the staff are really friendly. We can try various types of Indian foods.
