The beds were very comfortable. The entire hotel was very clean and our room was really nice. And I have to say that the little breakfast blueberry muffins are really good.

There are only 2 things that I think could have been improved; first and foremost the employee's friendliness. The second thing is to bring back the daily housekeeping. These two things, for me, go hand in hand because every day I had to go to the desk and ask for towels and washcloths since we had a family of 6 in the room. The front desk clerks acted like I was a major inconvenience to them and had no personality at all. There was only one of them who even smiled at me and said "You're welcome." Other than that, the hotel was great.

The room was clean & comfortable however didn’t rate highest on cleanliness because areas in our bathroom flooring had black mold. Needed cleaned with something like bleach. Liked how the room was big and plenty of seating and desk room. Also it was very quiet. Nice to have coffee & lemon water available!!!

The attendant when we checked out was very rude. The floor was wet as we exited the elevator. There was a sign up. My fiance slipped. We proceeded to inform her of the situation. She ignored us. We asked if she could get someone to mop it because it was so close to the elevator... she then informed us we could put the keys in the check out box and that's all she needed!.

The staff was very friendly. Breakfast offerings were good.

This is the second year in a row that my family has stayed at this hotel, and the pool was unavailable both years. We were very disappointed that we could not use the pool.

My son is a train enthusiast, and Waycross has a huge train yard. The hotel was Within a few minutes Drive and was generally clean, nice and the staff was pleasant

The person that checked us in was extremely rude. She wasn’t welcoming or pleasant. The remaining of the staff was exceptionally nice and pleasant. This was the only issue I had with our stay.

entrance was a little difficult to find, very small sign. they provided minimal towels and they were average size.

The way they did the charges, I was double charged for the room and after 4 days, one of the authorizations is still pending on my account.

Our destination was the Okefenokee Swamp Park and the location was great about 15 min away. The woman who checked us in was terrific.

Wished pool renovations were complete.
