The hotel is located right on the central street of Blackshear and yet is very quiet and peaceful. The staff was always helpful and very friendly. Check in was very quick. You can even get dollars changed into quarters to use the washing machine1$ for detergent, 1.25$ for the washing machine. The breakfast room was large, clean and pleasant. Breakfast was great. The hotel room ( king size room) was large and clean. Perfect base location to explore the Okefenokee swamps. We would definitely come back again.

The hotel is clean and quiet, staff are friendly, the bed was comfy, breakfast is extensive, the pool is great, the ac works, and it's right on Main Street. We really enjoyed our stay and will be back again.

Asked for wake up call. It came before bedtime. I called front desk about it. They apologized & reset it for next AM. I never received my wake up call.

Location is perfect for our needs as we were visiting family in the area. Really enjoyed having breakfast included Room was clean, and bed was comfortable. Staff were exceptional, especially the housekeepers and the lovely lady servicing the breakfast area.

The electronic key system was not working but the staff was will to stop what they were doing to take you to your room to let you in no matter how many times I went outside to smoke.

Breakfast was fair. Could of been better. I have had better in hotels before. Maybe biscuits and sausage, or ham. Everyone who worked there were very nice and attentive. It was a quiet hotel compared to the last one we stayed at.

The place was nice. The pool area need more coverage. It was very hot!!! We had issue with the HVAC system. It occurred on various floors. We were at a family reunion so we had several rooms. Breakfast was good and a great variety.

Still no key cards but staff was great about walking us to room to unlock no matter how many times they had to do it

The shower head needs to be cleaned of calcium buildup and the shower drain needs to be cleaned

Notified after booking I could get a room at rate of $118/night. My rate still cheaper than other hotels I looked at, but why not advertise lowest possible rate right off the bat??
