My spouse packed up the room when we left and mistakenly left my expensive electric toothbrush. I didn't realize it until that evening when we were already in another state. I called the hotel and they were able to locate my toothbrush and had it waiting for me in the lobby when we came back through the next evening! I am very thankful!

Could have had more at breakfast, but they at least had yogurt so it was adequate for me.

Very clean, good size room. Very clean bathroom. Asked for extra towels with no problem. Very close to the appointment we needed to be at early the next morning.

It was mostly good besides someone being really loud in the room beside or under us around 9 at night. The beds are a little hard.

Front desk staff is terrific. Friendly and welcoming. Shower is great. Very refreshing after a long day of travel.

Breakfast was a disappointment. I realize these “free breakfasts” are never going to be 5 star, but perhaps more fruit and yogurt would help.

Pet friendly but wasn't noted there may be fees. Fee not a big deal but should be noted when booking. Also when traveling with pet you can't reserve certain rooms, good info to know.

The so called exceptional breakfast was OK. Everywhere we stay, the breakfasts are all the same boring items. It would be nice to have more options besides watery fake eggs and dried out sausage patties.

One of the rooms was not very nice. The lighting was bad the mirror was cracked and the full body mirror was complety gone

Breakfast was great, cleanliness was good, and the quietness was nice.

They would need to offer roller beds for when we are traveling with two teen children who refused to sleep in the same bed for us to stay there again.

The rooms were clean and very spacious. Staff were friendly.

Finding the access road to get to the hotel was a bit tricky after dark.

Prior guest ratings were positive. Convenient (walking) access to Walmart, local shops and restaurants- and a drivers licensing office .2 miles walking distance. Room was very clean with A/C or heat, hot shower with great water pressure. Clean bathroom, sheets. TV, refrigerator and must haves all included. also have a pool, fitness center and “breakfast” although I did not partake. there’s a local convenience store to find everything needed - coffee, breakfast donuts, etc;

Bedspreads need to be updated/replaced.

Rooms were large and comfortable beds. Clean.

Staff need more training on what they can and cannot do pertaining to real service dogs and who can book a handicapped rooms. I was judged for booking a handicap room with a service dog. Told I would have to change rooms. Unacceptable. Staff spoke to manager and I stayed in room i reserved. Please train your staff.
