Our check-in was quick and polite plus it included and assortment of fresh baked cookies. The breakfast had many options and our suite was large, well stocked and exceeded my expectations. The room was very clean!

The only negative was the ice machine was not working. We could go to the front desk and they had bagged ice for us. It was not as fresh but was ice, ice baby.

We normally stay at this location when we are in town visiting family. This time our room was not quite as fresh as it had been in the past, but all of the rest of our services were fine. The staff is always very friendly at this location.

The room smelled stale, and very closed up. The pillows had an awful odor.

My husband and I stayed here on our last night of our trip back home. We arrived late & the woman checking us in was friendly & accommodating. The complementary cookies were delicious as well. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. There was a good selection for breakfast. It was a nice stay.

We needed a hotel to stop for the night by the highway. The hotel was quiet and clean for the most part. Felt very safe. Has a gas station in front so easy to fill up and grab coffee to go. The hotel has a good simple breakfast and I saw they had a bar also.. not sure of prices.. but not bad.. recommend for a night stay

Clean, clean, clean room! Comfortable bed, small freezer in fridge, great staff, front desk bar with nice atmosphere! Great location near gas station, Maid Rite restaurant with good food for supper, and Amish store and bakery. Yummy!

Desk chair mount broke.

We rented the meeting space for a graduation party. The staff was very accommodating and helpful. They allowed us to set up without a problem, brought coffee in for our party and did all the clean up!

There isn't much around this location and you probably wouldn't stay here unless you were in town for something to do with the University.

Nice hotel along our trip. Enough off the interstate to be quiet but still conveniently close. Good breakfast and they even have a small bar

There isn't an elevator to the top( 2nd ) floor, but they do offer to help with luggage, so not really a problem, just something to keep in mind.

How the rating for the motel was given is a missed statement. a correction needs to be made to let travelers know that the quality of this motel is much greater than 2 Stars.

Coming from the south the Lamoni exit should state that it does have 2 exits which the second one is by the motel.

After long day of travel was greeted with a cookie which was a nice snack before bed (my kiddos were excited)

All the staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and the AC is cold. Close to town and highway for easy getting around. Close to shopping.
