Went thru Booking.com for reservation anticipating a month stay. Had to change at 2 weeks in unexpectedly for a major ocurrance in my world . Booking.com by every right "had me" for the full month by terms I agreed to beforehand. I fully expected to lose that money forever. The local staff made it right in my mind. Losing a portion (as Booking still gets their full cut) and "any lost reservations I may cause isn't unreasonable. Obviously trying to keep up the place and as far as I'm concerned, did far more than they had to.

Around The door I was told to use that led to my room, was very slick with ice & snow. I almost fell twice getting from my car to my room. A huge hazard for anyone but especially a senior. Around all the doors was slick as I used a different one to leave by the next morning.

Superb value for money, and super convenient to I35. This is my third time stopping here, all I'm looking for is to rest well overnight before continuing my journey either North or South. It's exceedingly clean with all the basics you'd need for a recuperative rest before journeying on, and plenty of eating options close by.

Nothing, it was above my expectations in value for money.

The lady that checked us in was very nice and accommodating with our 2 dogs. The room was clean and comfortable. Great location off the highway and close to food and gas. I would stay here again.

There really wasn't anything to complain about. Good value for the money.

Close to interstate. Very friendly and polite young lady at the counter. Good water pressure in the shower. A/C worked good. Clean. Good value for the price.

Mattress and pillows weren't the best. Had a sore back and neck when I woke up. Whole place needs some updating. It looks as though they are working on that.

Easy access off the highway, spacious rooms

The parking lot had a lot of potholes. The walls were thin and you could hear all the neighbors as they were super loud in the hallways.

The price was right and there was no charge for the dog. The room was big, clean and comfortable.

There was an outdoor pool which by the look of it hadn't been used in years. It would have been nice.

The breakfast area is spacious and easy to get to. There were several hot food items available as well as standard continental breakfast. Food was good. This hotel is older, but very clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

My only "complaint", there were only 2 pillows on the bed. Very hard to sit up and watch tv. Pillows were also very uncomfortable. Not a deal breaker.

Needed more pillows, but I didn't ask for extra, so just know to bring some or ask staff. The building is very old and looks a little scary, but the room was clean and secure.

Very nice staff! Although it could use updating, the facility was clean, smelled nice and rooms were very clean and comfortable. I'd not hesitate to stay again!

Like I said, it needs updating but what they have is kept very tidy and clean. So really, no bad points to be honest.
