Great place to spend a night, had all the facilities we needed and easy access to amenities in town. Extremely competitive pricing, especially with everything that was provided. Room was nice & clean with fresh bedding, area was quiet and lodgers in the adjacent rooms were friendly. AC was a lifesaver in the heat and the fridge an unexpected bonus for chilling the drinking water we were travelling with!

AC is quite loud which personally didn't bother my partner or I, but folks who need quiet to sleep might have issues. Beds are very firm, which again wasn't a problem for us but might be for others (still vastly more comfortable than sleeping in the car or on the ground outside, which is where we'd slept the night before!)

The lady that owns it was very sweet and friendly. We plan to take our grandchildren on same trip next spring and we will be booking another stay here. It was the perfect strategic place for us, between the attractions we wanted to see. There are restaurants and a convenience store within walking distance.

Great location easy find. It was very clean and quiet. Also very easy to book and even easier check in. She even came to check on us about 20 mins after we got settled to make sure everything was OK. Overall excellent place to stay.

"Grandma" as everyone calls her, who runs the hotel is the nicest person I have ever met. Be kind to her, she's awesome. This place is so peaceful and quiet, and she made sure I had everything I needed every day, and was so accommodating considering that I had to rebook my room three days in a row. If you're ever staying in Holbrook, absolutely stay at the 66 Motel over anywhere else. It's affordable, nice and clean, and it's connected to a lovely Mexican food restaurant that is also run by some absolutely wonderful people. If you're in Holbrook, there is no reason to look for any other motel. This place and the people are wonderful. Thank you all for everything!!!

There is honestly nothing to dislike here.

This place is really awesome. Grandma and Grandpa, the proprietors, are amazing human beings. They make you feel so welcome and able to enjoy yourself here. They even let me use a spare barbecue! The room was clean and had nice touches that made it extremely pleasant to live in -- power strips, cold AC, tables, chairs, Direct TV and great free internet. I was able to do lots of productive work here and enjoy the beautiful surroundings in this area. Motel 66 is probably best motel experience I've had in life.

Price, basic cleanliness, friendly front desk, wifi working well, and quiet at night. I'll book again. I especially liked being able to park in front of my room, not have to lug my luggage up stairs and a distance away.

I had a challenge trying to turn On the TV stations - more my being a Luddite. TV was very modern with plenty of stations. Can't find anything I didn't like, OK, maybe not having a chocolate on my pillow at night (for three-four times the cost).

I booked this room as my first stop on a road trip to Portland. It’s an older property but well maintained and clean. Bed was comfy and I had a great nights sleep after a long day of driving. Check in and check out were not exactly speedy. It’s a small property, same lady was there both times, and she is in no hurry! But she was incredibly sweet and gave me some great tips for sights to check out and the fastest route to the south entrance of the Petrified Forest National Park.

My only complaint was the $35 charge for my dog. The room itself was only $45 and she brought her own bed! I expected a pet fee, but that seemed a bit high.

I loved how safe it felt. I loved the price. I loved that this wonderful couple owns and operates its. I loved that it felt like being back in time to before there were so many impersonal chain hotels. Say hi to Grandma, an inspiring and beautiful human.

very clean, beds were extremely comfortable. lots of hot water. Fridge and microwave. Staff were exceptional.
