Good price and location; grounds nicely kept. Staff was helpful but was some confusion at check in.

It appears the room we booked was given to another couple by mistake. It was the ground floor KING with parking directly in front which was requested and confirmed through the hotel before arrival. We ended up taking a different room, 2 QUEEN beds on ground floor and no parking directly in front of room. It just made unloading for two seniors more difficult as we had to walk across a rocky area to unload from the closest proximity. Staff was courteous and kind in fixing this, but a little disappointed that what we booked and confirmed could not be given.

Easy access from the highway, good amount of pull thru parking if you're in a truck/large vehicle, and it was a safe, quiet area. Great value for the nightly rate and a reasonable pet fee too (15 per dog.) Water was nice and hot with good pressure! We were just passing through but if you have time, the petrified forest is not too far away.

Our security door lock was broken/cracked when we got there but it was pretty late at night so we left it be. Didn't end up needing it anywho. No issues otherwise!

The GreenTree comes as advertised: if you read the reviews. It offers excellent and clean rooms. The bathroom was sparkling clean. We are on the road for four months, as we are this time every year, and this is the best bargain we've found in years. As a plus, they accept dogs, at a reasonable fee.

Let me start off by saying I did not take points off for this because I read the reviews and came prepared. Breakfast is a joke. That said, it's a hotel, not a restaurant. Then again, any hotel that offers free breakfast means you are not getting good food.

The front desk clerk checking us in was very friendly and helpful. He greeted so kindly. The beds were comfortable, however I would have preferred a little heavier blanket. I liked that the floors were NOT carpet (LVP) and everything was clean. It was very convenient to the Petrified Forest National Park and was quiet.

As mentioned, a heavier blanket on the bed. We chose not to eat the "Continental" free breakfast, it wasn't really a breakfast. However, there was a nice restaurant for breakfast right next door.

I picked GreenTree as the brand I normally stay at seemed significantly overpriced for this area. Previous reviewers noted it was clean and very satisfactory, and I am pleased to report they were absolutely correct. The room smelled like it had been scrubbed top to bottom that morning. While the bathroom was absurdly small (it is impossible to close the door if you're sitting on the toilet), it was just me and my dog, so that wasn't a big deal. There is a dog park directly across the street, which is a major plus. Overall, this was a great place to spend a brief overnight on our cross-country road trip.

This is a bit of an older building, but the room was fully renovated and honestly WAY nicer than some very nice hotels I've stayed in. Lovely spa like colors, lighting, granite everything I would expect at a high end place. Holbrook is an old town on rt 66, much of it is in very rough condition, but staying here is perfect for visiting Petrified Forest. There is kitchy charm to all the cement Dinos, Disney Cars like tee-pee motel, and all the fun rock shops. The hotel is a terrific value and may seem less polished than its neighbor on the outside...the room was EXCELLENT.

I would have liked a few fresher food choices at breakfast, like fruits, but it was a fine "hotel breakfast". Honestly, for the money...it was a great stay

We were pleasantly surprised with this hotel. We had never heard of the company but after going through reviews and photos we figured we’d give it a go. We loved the comfort of the bed, the cleanliness of the room, the vinyl flooring (I hate carpeting in a hotel room. You never know how clean it is and I don’t like the thought of walking barefoot across it) I also liked the $10 pet fee (per day). With our room being a pet room there was no odor that indicated pets had been in the room.

The only complaint was accessibility to rooms on the left side of building. We had quite a few big items that we had to bring into the room and no way to make just one trip (as can be done with a valet cart). No valet carts available. Make sure when booking to ask about accessibility.

Got there at night light was on it was clean bedroom comfy you could tell if they were newer beds housekeeping was great overall it was just a really good experience for Holbrook we have family there in town so we stopped there quite a bit we've stayed at Days inn which isn't bad for Lexington and a few others this one was actually way better than expected.

The only thing I don't like but to a lot of people will be a plus this is at the far edge of town so it's right off the interstate which means it's kind of quiet and isolated which for some people especially traveling is good because it can actually see the hotel access it pretty easily with very little traffic interference. Parking is semi limited.

The breakfast was the worst. Toast (only one kind). A bagel (one kind),dry cereal, and sugared oatmeal pack. Milk in big hug not singles. Syrup but nothing to put it on. A few hard boiled eggs. I expected at least a Danish perhaps? Mini muffin that was like a stinky, yuk.5 Yep nothing but dry carbs. I think they did not want folks to enjoy it. I wont stay again because of that. A nice lodge down the street was less $ and had a full breakfast. I'd stay there.

The so called "breakfast(?)" Horrible.

This was a nice little hotel. Located close to the petrified Forest national Park. It has a restaurant next door. The room was clean well maintained and a decent size. It had all the usual expected items. Soaps, shampoos, etc. It has a coffee maker, microwave, mini fridge, big screen TV, iron & hair dryer. They did provide a simple but decent continental breakfast with the room. The staff was friendly check in and out was efficient and quick.

Not much to say here. The coffee maker did not work. That was the only issue we had. But as they provide a continental breakfast we were able to get coffee there with no issues.
