The location is on the edge of the north end of town set off from the highway. The room was quiet. The room had a fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Three restaurants are within 1/2 mile walking distance.

The hotel advertises a swimming pool which was drained in mid May. There is no mention in the hotel's discription of the pool being seasonal. The breakfast was good except for the fact that they were out of potatoes two days in a row. I wish the motel had laundry facilities.

The staff were very friendly and polite. The rooms are big and compfy. The pool is nice. Although the hotel seems outdated it was clean. Renovation works while we were there but it didn't bother us.

Don't get scared off by an irie feeling. Holbrook looks worn down and not well kept. This region sufferd a great deal after covid. People are nice and hard working there. I would say go to Holbrook, check out the beauty of the Petrified forest and stay at the best western!

The facility and room were clean and comfortable. The staff was very organized and they checked in with us a few times to see if there was anything we needed. The breakfast was quite good - REAL scrambled eggs, sausage, yummy hash browns, and many other items.

Nothing - the whole experience was great.

Our room was big, clean and comfortable - exactly as advertised. The staff were all really friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great, offering everything from cereal to fruit to hot items, like pancakes, potatoes and breakfast meat. The dining room attendant was very sweet and loved her job. This was a very nice place to stay.

There really wasn't anything we didn't like!

The property location was good (close to the highway). Friendly staff with no check-in issues. A highlight: the woman in charge of the breakfast room was very nice and friendly.

The stairs leading to the 2nd floor seemed poorly constructed. The height and slope of the stairs varied so that it felt a bit uneven and dangerous. The property did mark some of the treads with yellow tape. Even so, we are sure other guests have noticed this problem and imagine there might have been some accidents because of it.

This is always a very nice place to stay. It is convenient, clean, and decently priced.

About 3 months ago, they started using a very strong fragrance in the room. I can't stand it. I had to buy a diffuser for essential oils to mask it.

Very Friendly Staff from checking in with Brian to checking out with Charles Jr. Both were very helpful even gave a great local restaurant to have dinner to breakfast at the hotel. Just Wonderful

Well its in transition from Comfort Inn to a Hilton property so its under renovation. But the room was great abs breakfast was excellent.

Needs some updates in room, old air conditioning unit was very noisy and didn't do much cooling on the room.

I did not like the scent coming throught the heater unit. i am scent sensitive.
