I preface my comments with the Fact that Hotel/Motel standards are Low - in the 'Budget' Business Traveller realm at least. This Room was carpeted. Access was park in front of, ground floor. Furnishings not found at curbside eviction locations. All lights worked. Under window hvac unit operated quietly and cycled minimally (overnight low: 36F). Bedding clean and very good condition. Bath: Exceptional. High showerhead (I'm 6'3). Hot water. Tv worked appropriately. Hair dryer. Microwave. Fridge. Best Overnight Accommodations I have enjoyed in a while.

Reception area and coffee area - tables dirty. Getting nitpicky, not much to complain about!

It's location plenty of places to grab something to eat but the staff where great loved them we will be back

Parking lot is not truck driver friendly

Very good the staff was nice a polite even though there system was very slow but overall it was good

The only thing I didn’t like was the comfort of the beds it felt like I was sleeping on a concrete slab and I have back problems and it hurt

Excellent $45 per night Hotel! I understand it is $45 for a reason, for that reason I say thank you for the exceptional bargain.

It's close to restaurants and gas stations. Lots of parking. Water pressure is great. Plenty of hot water

Front desk clerk is a moron. When making reservations with booking at this motel their is always a problem at check in. This only happens at this motel. Has to be the incompetent front desk clerk. Check in takes way to long. Almost 20 minutes and that's with paying online. This guy also has complained to me if I leave my key in the room and need another or if I ask for another towel. I would stay here more but I hate thr front desk clerk. Don't know his name because he's that worthless too me. He would better off not ever dealing with customers.

Didn't experience anything I didn't like.

Actually I found it to be one of the best motel rooms I've been in in a long time. There are some nice tile features, and it has extra seats for additional comfort.

There were small things that were kind of off, and perhaps the major panel between the office and the motel rooms makes it resemble a much larger place. It then would somewhat cripple any budget. Then I found that the agent and the booking app double charged my account. "It's definitely not worth it."
