Location was great as we was visiting the local theme park. The staff were very friendly and always helpful. Really good continental breakfast with plenty to choose from. Our room was on the ground floor so we had a really nice and convenient outdoor patio area, directly accessed from our room. The decking could however benefit from a lick of paint and updating.

There was no tea or coffee making facilities in our room. When we wanted a hot drink we needed to ask the staff who would prepare and bring us a tray containing hot water in a pot and tea bags/coffee. Even though the staff were always in hand to do this It would babe been more convenient to have a kettle and facilities in the room. The decking area directly outside our room was a little tatty and the wood could do with a lick of paint.

The staff were incredibly pleasant, the room was quite nice and cozy while also being quite spacious, with a very nice bathroom and ability to push together the two beds provided, absolutely wonderful breakfast selection. Also quite close in proximity to Walibi Belgium.

The property was in a bit of an off the beat area, which while not bad, meant it was a bit of a drive to do much. Driving into Wavre was about a 7 minute drive for food, for example. Shower wasn't completely closed off so you would get the bathroom floor wet, but that's minor.

- good price value - nice breakfast - everything clean and tidy - nice view into the fields - staff friendly and all able to speak English

- a bit complicated to find, but at least there are enough free of charge parking spots for the car - the shower didn't have a curtain or another way of hindering the water from leaving the shower. So you had to shower carefully to not spread the water in the whole bathroom

The hotel was a very good surprise - modern and tasteful decor, nice large room and a lovely washroom with a huge walk-in shower (definitely a plus and again very clean and modern). My room was at the end of the corridor and really quiet as well, and as the hotel is a little out of town, the surrounding is also quiet and relaxing. Breakfast was nice and fresh, and available early for folks going into work, and the staff was friendly and helpful.

The access road is quite damaged - especially the 'exit' part - apart from having to drive very carefully when leaving, it is not a major issue.

I have appreciated a lot the very limited noise level coming from the other rooms. I may have been lucky that the other people coming to this location also like to be in a calm environment and as such respect to keep noise levels acceptable. The location is very rural, very limited noise coming from surrounding infrastructure. The room was nice and had all I need to spend a good resting night.

Not really something I missed or think could have been better.

Very friendly staff, nice clean room. Excellent breakfast. Next time, we'll book a room at the back with a small private terras. But anyway, we enjoyed the terras near the breakfast room.

The bed is not that comfy,

It was perfect for what I wanted which was a nice hotel near where I was participating in a golf tournament that was comfortable, and provided good quality at a good price. If there was a downside next door there was a club evening with a bit of noise and croded parking on Friday evening. It was fine but wasn't expected. I would stay there again.

Lovely rooms, very comfortable. Excellent breakfast and lovely staff. We were slightly concerned about the discotheque next door but, with our room on the first floor we barely heard anything. Great stay

Excellent breakfast with a wide range of fresh food and drinks. Very helpful staff who booked two taxis for us, served breakfast early for us and helped with a faulty lighting card.

A little far out of town.
