Lovely (simple) breakfast, very friendly staff, everything squeaky clean. It's a lovely mansion and the rooms are magnificent: modern, very comfortable, super clean, with all the necessary amenities like Nespresso, extra pillows, very comfortable bed, nice bathroom (slightly harsh light)

Light in the night hall was very bright when you have to get up at night.

The location of the hotel is a more residential area, which I like. None of the busyness of big cities and loud noises. The hotel was quite charming with its thatched roof and lovely decor. My room was cozy and comfortable and the bed was just right. It was easy to come in and leave at the hotel, which is also convenient. No one had to be there to let me in. I used the code and had no problems. I would highly recommend this hotel to other guests.

The house is very beautiful and old, great thatched roof. Bedrooms were comfortable particularly liked the mosquitoe net at the window, saves sleepless nights with buzzing in your ears! The owners were very helpful and happy to iron out any small issues. It is a very quirky place to stay and should I ever be in that neck of the woods again I would go back. Good chatting to the owner, interesting. Good breakfast and coffee.

It was difficult to get in touch with the owners either by phone or email should ( as we did) have any questions re parking etc. we turned up on motorbikes and needed to be able to park safely. Our room was not made up upon arrival which was irritating after a long drive but it got sorted straight away and the owner more than made up for the error. I would go back I liked the feel of the place.

It was super easy to connect with the owners and find myself listened to as I asked them to solve a little problem. They were really easygoing and helpful. I enjoyed the smallness of the place, it being a hotel with few rooms the place almost felt like home with a beautiful garden allowing to rest without being disturbed. The staff was also very forthcoming when asked for some ideas to explore the surroundings. They just made it easy to enjoy the stay.

Very quiet situation, wonderful rooms (we booked the two suites), beautifully decorated and with a nice view. Personel was delightful, even though they mostly work for the restaurant, and everyone has been charming and cery, very helpful. Please do stay at the Villa Monceau if you have the chance!

The villa is located in a quiet community, convenient to check in. The rooms were newly renovated, very clean and stylish. The host specially made the breakfast time earlier for our family, so considerate. We spent one week here. The next time we go to Ottignies, we will definitely stay here again. Highly recommend

What a very special experience and place! We relished our 2 night stay there. Loved our pretty red room and the beautiful living room. Talking with the staff and owner was a highlight — very warm and welcoming and encouraging of our traveling by bicycle. Highly recommend!

Small hotel in a beautiful old building, with tastefully modernized interior that maintains the old-world charme and character. Bedrooms look down on a park-like secluded garden. European breakfast is individually served. The staff is very responsive to individual requests. This place is out of the ordinary.

This was a very nice B&B with a restraurant attached. The food was delious and the staff in the restrauant were great. Breakfast was very good.

The shower flooded the first morning so badly that neither of us were able to shower. We let the young man at breakfast know and he contacted the innkeeper. We expected some type of response when we returned from the day but nothering. We heard the shower clear in the middel of the night and when we tried it in the morning it was fine. We let the young man know at breakfast but we never heard from the innkeepers so that was disappointing.

Imagine yourself in a well located and well kept English style Manoir in the middle of a large parc and a 400 square meter sylish villa where You feel at home directly and You like to the point that You feel You could live there or even You should stay there for ever. The impression of "class" , quality, good taste, fine living, nostalgia, romantica, peace and love-all in one and for some means even more.....
