Very pleased. Hotel is older, but very well maintained. (seems all the hotels in this area are older). Super clean, quiet, awesome staff, huge rooms, very nice hot shower, very comfortable beds, good coffee, good location for traveling.

Breakfast was limited to cereal, (coco puffs, grape nuts, and Cheerios) instant oatmeal, bagels, cream cheese, yogurt ie mostly all carbohydrates - but I always eat too much when it's a hot breakfast so it was actually better that it was limited. Boiled eggs would have been nice?

staff was fantastic. front desk took the time to chat with us and every single employee was kind and helpful. room was clean and a good size (we had a room with two queen beds and a pull-out couch). our request was fulfilled satisfactorily (first floor room due to mobility issues).

pull-out couch ended up being slept on as a couch, not a bed, because it was more comfortable that way. luckily we had only five people (originally we thought we'd have six) and one person was small enough to sleep comfortably on the couch.

would like a little more variety. Location was good.

The only thing I would suggest in the handicap accessible rooms, is that a vertical bar be put on the wall that would be above the horizontal bar that is on tbe wall to the side of the tiolet. Then some vertical bars in the shower to help pull up in the shower.

The location was great, the checkin was quick, and the staff was great. They worked hard to keep the lobby clean, and my room was very clean. I spend about 300 nights a year hotels for work and this was at the top of my list as far as cleanliness went. Big shower, hot water, microwave and small fridge in room. Big desk in room also. They have a computer and printer for guests, and vending. I will DEFINITELY book with this hotel again next time I am in the area.

The bed could have been better. Not super comfy but it wasn't a deal breaker by any means. It's clearly a little dated, but if it ain't broke, don't fix it. You don't have to be super fancy to be comfortable, clean, and safe.

Kim at the front desk was VERY helpful going above and beyond to help me as I had a bad fall the day before and she helped with baggage and got me some bagels when I woke up after a nap and didn't want to go out. Exceptional customer service

Air conditioner was a little noisy but not enough to keep me awake

I went down for breakfast at 8, a little before. There wasn’t any breads left. Only a banana and a few apples. There was cold cereal. I wasn’t upset just figured if it had another hour to ago before it was over that there would be more. It was my fault for not asking-maybe they were bringing more out and I was not on the ball. Otherwise they were very nice and pleasant. Thank you

The king suite was very spacious plenty of room fridge worked very well,beds were very comfortable bathroom was excellent very clean room no problem with king room just checking in no confirmation of us even booking,booking .com charged my debit card for nothing want my money back on card very unsatisfied with them gonna call and see what's going on

When arrived on dates was not in systems tried to check in called booking .com no record of them getting information to super 8 motel ,confirmation number wasn't in system was a horrible experience from booking ,com had to pay out of pocket for two nights on top of that you all charged me seventy two dollars for what ,I can't see going to call booking .com and explain situation want my money put back on my debit card very unsatisfied with you all service,got bank statement where you transaction took place

I liked that the room was clean and that the location was easy to find.

I didn’t like the mattresses. They were a bit to firm and stiff for my liking which led to a rough night sleep. I also didn’t like that only one washcloth was provided. In order to get more we would have to ask.

It was clean and quiet. We were able to bring our dog with us, and there were ample places to walk him. The location and the canyon in Price were very beautiful. The bed and the room in general were comfortable and nice.

I was happy to have a room; not sleep in a tent. I did like that we were close to a door for our pets.

My “non smoking” room smelled heavily of smoke. It was very odd. Decided to skip breakfast because cereal is not road friendly. Also, the front desk clerk was talking with what I assume was a boyfriend when we came in. She ignored us and continued to kiss him goodbye. It was not a good start to our stay. A simple, I will be with you in a minute would have been much better. Instead, I felt like an inconvenience to her the entire time. We may stay there again, but we may opt to set up a tent somewhere and save our money.
