Spacious rooms, hot tub was large, good location, good price.

The water in the shower is opposite so the hot is cold and the cold is hot. Which if I was told would have been ok but I tried to get it hot for 20 minutes before o figured it out. The ice machine on our level didn’t have any ice in it when I tried to get some 8:30am. Tv was hard to turn on and took l10-15 tries before it worked.

I love that they have installed full size shampoo, conditioner,body wash and lotion, which goes a long way to eliminate all the waste of the single use bottles! Good job Holiday Inn!! And a couple of Andes mints was a sweet treat!

Great location. Breakfast was decent and met our expectations. Was easy to check in and we appreciated the luggage cart available to move our things to the room. The rooms were a good value for the price and very clean and modern.

Some of the breakfast items could have been fresher, the coffee and eggs. Everything else met our expectations. Staff was available and responsive when items ran out.

Randy at the frontdesk helped me in a situation where I accidentally booked an extra room from booking.com. He helped to escalated the situation to his manager and got the permission to refund a room for us even though it is past the free cancellation window. This has greatly exeeded my expectation.

Right off the freeway, near restaurants, clean, shower had hand held shower head, well lit parking.

There was only 1 hook for towel and hand towel and it was across the bathroom on the door.

Brand new hotel, clean & modern. Huge parking, quick access to main road. Good warm breakfast. Open lobby. Spacious room. They must have great electrician - room was well equipped with modern lighting & USB ports. Beds were comfy.

Creaking bed frame. Noisy rooms, we can hear all sounds from other rooms.

I love the style of this hotel. The cleanliness was good. And the staff was nice.

The turkey sausages were dry. There seems to be no fan in the bathrooms. For an improvement, I would love it if you had hooks to hang your swims suits to dry out in the bathrooms. I have a large family and there is never enough places to dry out swim suits. Also the hot tub wasn't working.

Breakfast so-so. Probably not bad for free hotel, comparing to restaurant breakfasts. Location fine.

Expected when booking 2 rooms to get 2 rooms rather than one long room with nominal dividers. Offset somewhat by the room being comfortable and quiet. If floor plans or pictures were available when booking, I would have instead gotten two of the smallest rooms.

Almost the entire staff was amazing! The hotel is the cleanest most comfortable hotel we have stayed. The breakfast is great!

We have stayed in this hotel many times and they never disappoint. It's always clean and comfortable. The breakfast is exceptional. The staff is friendly and helpful.
