Decor of room was tasteful, big & clean. Lovely roof top swimming pool & gym facilities. Location near to restaurants, malls & attractions. Staff were friendly & helpful.

It will be good if there were more lights at the front entrance door as it was quite deem.

Room & bathroom were spacious, bed & pillows were comfortable. Gym facilities were good with great view of Ipoh from roof top and very well maintained. Staffs were really friendly and helpful. Recommended

Breakfast spreads were really basic, limited choice of foods. Open parking under the old trees within the hotel compound can be really risky to the vehicles. My car was full of traces of sticky leaves and really hard to remove. Had to send to car wash service to remove the stubborn stains. Suggest to add some roof or trim the trees.

The bed, very comfortable.

Cafe store need real coffe.

Breakfast options seemed....tired(?). The first morning I thought the scrambled eggs seemed unappetizing because we were a bit later to buffet, but found same on 2nd morning. Also, almost none of the items were hot. The serving trays hadn't been kept warm at all-- foods would have been nicer if served, at LEAST warm. There were obviously hard-to-reach areas in room that hadn't been dusted in eons, or maybe if ever. I just happened to look up on that ledge and saw that build-up of grime and dust do, not really part of the daily surface areas.

Warm and welcoming staff. Provided parking area is shaded and well lit. All the hotel area is clean, including the lobby and the room. Double layered curtains will allow you to sleep longer if that's what you want. Laundry bags are provided, and even washing machine with dryer, though I did not try it.

Shower head was slightly damaged. Semi-transparent bathroom was a little too transparent, though the staff did mention that to us in the first place. Parking can get limited if there are events in the hotel. Room walls can be a bit thin, could hear motorists revving in the night.

Very spacious. Very comfortable to stay. What I love the most is the clean bathroom. Parking is available just outside of the hotel. A good hotel that can fit in 6 people and hang out together in the unit.

The shower sets are not fully refilled. Some are empty. But you can just call the lobby for help and they sent it not long after. Room is dark, less lighting but I guess that's their design. Day time was ok if you open the curtains but night time is dark.

We stayed at 3 bedroom apartment, it is spacious - even the rooms there's individual table and chair inside. The hotel location is excellent. and generous with water bottles - provided 3 big bottles and 4 small bottles.

Areas to improved: The luggage assistance - bringing down the luggage from the car need to improved. Our driver mentioned to us, the luggage assistant didn't helped instead complained he was already tired. You will notice the dust at corners of the rooms. Breakfast - they were having a problem with soft boiled egg and hard boiled egg. Not much food selection - mostly with pepper or spicy.

The room is cosy and nice. The location is very strategic and convenient. Plenty of parking and with EV charger available so its really convenient for us. It definitely will be our 1st choice when we heading to Ipoh again.

If the hairdryer can be placed in bathroom that will be even better as there aren't any mirror at the dressing table and no power point in bathroom, this is a bit inconvenient for us.

Breakfast variety good. Value for money. Room size n layout exceeded expectations. Everything works.

Our room floor was not swept clean throughout my stay. Could pick up tiny litter from the floor. Unrelated to this. When I ordered 3 pieces of cake from your cafe for takeaway, I have to wait close to 15 minutes (because defrosting?). Meanwhile My grab car was waiting outside the hotel. Didn’t expect waiting so long.

Just love the room layout and spaciousness and design ! I didnt opt for breakfast as we fancy local kopitiam food (3 mins from hotel), but we had meeting in MYTH Cafe and they ar so friendly to allow us there without any minimum beverages.
