This was booked specifically as a cheaper option to overpriced hotels. We got exactly what we paid for and it was perfect for a no frills stay. About an hour from Custer National Park, Mount Rushmore, etc. which was just fine! There is a limited selection of food in town, but there is a restaurant next door.

This was a great place to stop in Edgemont after riding the George Mickelson Trail! The rooms are cozy, but location is great--right next to a large gas station that has lots of groceries. I would stay here again!
Sinks are not in the bathroom. Not a big deal, but not something I expected.

At the beginning of the George Mickelson Trail, so handy for shuttle pick up.
It's a little rundown. Door didn't close right and the rooms are small but it did the job. They had several signs saying "no breakfast"and there is no breakfast in town. Would be nice to offer something to the guests besides coffee. And they didn't have the correct type of coffee bag/keurig cup for the coffee maker, so you have to walk to the gas station to get that. Which is next door.
