Great customer service, good price & clean facilities.

No complaints but to explain why my rating is not the highest: They do serve breakfast but it is all carbs, no meats. Understandable as the price reflects what kind of breakfast is served. The air conditioning unit was loud but it did work well. Again, we received excellent customer service which is very important to us along with cleanliness.

The breakfast was minimal to call good. Coffee, NO decaf, waffle maker (the only hot food), fruit (bananas & apples), cereal, bread & toaster, passable. Breakfast room clean and roomy. Great Mexican restaurant next door. Staff were great. Hotel clean. Nice room

Decaf coffee would have been nice.

I loved everything the staff was kind and understanding of my kids. They were awesome when interacting with my children. The breakfast was very good, kept coffee ready at anytime. Beds were very soft and rooms were clean. When we go back we will be staying here for sure!

Really surprised by the room I got. Comfortable bed, frig and the best thing it had a electric recliner chair. Very nice, and a table with chair to do computer work.

There's a toilet and shower with a door. That's nice, was just a little tight but I'm a big guy so most wouldn't have an issue with it. Vanity is outside the door.

I really enjoyed the properties location and the room always had everything that I needed and was clean and comfortable. The staff are really kind and are always there to help me out if I have any questions. I always make sure to stay here when I’m in the area and it is definitely my go to place.

If you're looking to visit the Mammoth dig site, this location cannot be beat! Right next store, with a great Mexican restaurant in the parking lot. Staff was friendly and helpful and both my room and common spaces were very clean. I was traveling with a pet and they were accommodating with a reasonable pet fee.

The breakfast was very sparse.

The Staff was very friendly, helpful, and overall very welcoming. The hotel was perfect for bringing our dog. The hotel is located right next to a great restaurant and the Mammoth Dig site. I strongly recommend this hotel to pet owners and nerds ;)!!

The staff were extremely happy and helpful, sole parking ace located right next to a great Mexican restaurant. The room was well equipped and laundry services were available

The bed was uneven and not the cleanest underneath or behind it

Excellent location, easy-on and -off from highway. Good breakfast selection. Accommodations very clean and comfortable. Excellent value for price. Front desk greeted us warmly and thanked us from the outset for staying with them.

The first room assigned had odors of smoke and pets … but front desk was very helpful in providing a different room without hesitation and apologizing for the issue.

The beds were exceptional, very quiet, location off the road enough to not be bothered by truck noise, nice to be next to Mammoth Site and out of Hot Springs a little, adequate breakfast, and good variety of programming on TV.

I saw there were rolls of new carpeting and that is what the place needed badly. But over all very clean.
