Small, modern B&B type hotel on a hillside about a 10 minute drive south of Deshaies. The location, perched on a hillside with views to the ocean, is spectacular. You can enjoy the view from the loungers around the very nice swimming pool. We opted for a lower priced room, so no view, but it was comfortable. Great shower! The owners, as others have mentioned, are charming and go the extra mile to make you feel welcome. Breakfast, which cost extra, was very good, served by the pool.

This is a pricey part of the island, so I think what they are charging is reasonable compared to other similar places. But I wish we'd been able to budget more to get a room with a view.

Lovely bed and breakfast perfectly located near one of the most beautiful beaches in Basse Terre, plage de Grande Anse in Deshaies. The owners are very welcoming, ready to provide good advice and make you feel at home from the first minutes of your stay. Breakfast is a must have.

The breakfast was delicious. You have 2 options to choose from. It is either sweet or savoury. The location was in a quiet place surrounded by trees, nature and a beautiful sea view directly from the room. Lucilia has been an amazing host, our little Patrick loved her as well. We fully recommend this accommodation, especially for Families.

There is nothing I can say that we disliked. Everything was great and if we ever visit Guadaloupe again, this accommodation will be our number one choice. Lucilia was very friendly, helpful and kind.... :-) See you again

Our home away from home! Even though we didn’t speak any French, the communication was very smooth. Our room was very spacious, clean with all the amenities needed. Wonderful views, great pool and very good location (but if you want to see a bit of Guadelupe I recommend to rent a car). Breakfasts were great, but nothing surpasses the owners hospitality. Very good restaurants near by - for creol experience Chez Ketty, for a bit of luxury Chez Ernest :)

Host was very nice, the place was very clean, the pool is lovely and there is plenty of room at the poolside. The views are stunting and all plenty of room for parking and storing your things. My bed was very comfortable and large.

No private balcony in the room I had, which was disappointing for the money I paid ( I read the ad incorrectly) but I did have the whole pool area to myself at night, which mad up for it. No couch in the room I had, the seating was not comfortable. Shower pressure was not very good but the bathroom is big and modern.

Here are some examples: The view from the swimming pool is spectacular. The swimming pool was also welcome after a long day travelling. The owner and her husband were both friendly and helpful. She provided an extra bed in our room on short notice. The owner's husband drove down to town to give our car a boost. I'd left the parking lights on during an early morning walk and couldn't start the car on returning. There are more!

Everything is thought of with the guest’s comfort in mind. As a result, you’re not missing anything. A great set up. The room is spacious and beautifully decorated.
