The location and view were exceptional. The restaurant on site was great for breakfast and lunch but dinner was poor, the food was not up to standard but the night view from the restaurant was awesome. The suite we stay at was more than we bargained for, fully equipped to cook if you go with a large group. The only disadvantage was the moisture if the room doors were left open. Would be nice to sit out on the veranda and watch the beautiful sun set with some ac streaming outside to cool down. Would recommend 100%. The hotel also has a shuttle for a night trip down to Punda and to the grocery. On the opposite side there is lots of restaurant, cafe and night life heading to Mumbo Beach. The Sea Aquarium is right on site and relatively cheap to attend the dolphin shows etc.

The Restaurant on site, the menu has one price, and you are charged another. When I questioned it was changed but it's not ethical business practices. The breakfast and lunch staff were very accommodation though.

Great location, we particularly liked that is less crowded, small scale, much more relaxed. Always able to find places in the shade, on both beach and around swimmingpool. The restaurant attached to the resort was also excellent. The studio was also great equipped; we appreciated to be at the ground floor, sea view, with enclosed terrace. Room was serviced almost daily, and pool towels exchanged on request. Dehumidifier in the room. We were happy to borough beach toys for kids and snorkels. Also rented a car for a few days that is dropped off and picked up at the resort. We also made use of the free shuttles, to supermarket and Willemstad. All in all, great staff service

We saw a warning for jellyfish on the beach. I am extremely allergic so I was quite anxious the whole holiday. Luckily the water is very clean and you can see quite far with goggles. Have not encountered any, and this issue could be common to any other beach. The doors inside the apartment and terrace are not child friendly. Our small kids (2 and 7) kept locking themselves or us in or out, so that adds unnecessary stress - we needed front desk assistance on this matter. The last day we had a late checkout confirmed and invoiced, but the room key cards stopped working at the original check-out time. Beyond having been a mistake, I think in general this is a bad practice (never encountered before) that should be stopped.

Very beautiful beach and pools. Beach very clean. Garden areas well maintained.

One day cleaning staff didn't show up. Hotel recommends in a flyer to tip 30 USD per week to the cleaning staff. First time I was recommended a sum actively by the hotel, they should pay the staff sufficiently and not "recommend" the guests to tip the staff with quite high amount. The restaurant serves excellent food, the staff is very friendly. But what is a no-go: Prices you pay are 30% (!) higher than in their menu, because "we told the owner to print new menu cards, but he doesn't want".

The location is amazing. Very secluded, but meters away from the nice Mambo beach and the restaurants in Mambo Boulevard. The room we got was very spacious and had a beautiful seaview with spectacular sunset. Staff was very friendly and accommodating

At first, the reception felt a bit underwhelming and we had concerns about how the rest of the infra was going to be, but that turned out to be an outlier and the rest of the hotel is quite nice and the rooms are fully resurbished. The parking spot also looks a bit out of place, but once you find it, it has a security guard that puts you at ease

The location was beautiful! The grounds and pools were clean and we enjoyed the amenities.

Our room was not ready for check in until 4:20pm.

We booked this place due to its location. It was close to where the family was getting scuba certified. The beach was clean and nice. The beds were comfortable and pool was well maintained. Maid staff were all super nice and did great cleaning up the room. We also really liked that we can use air conditioning and it was not based on usage. The full size fridge was fantastic but needs ice trays. There was dual Euro and USA plugs so that was helpful. Restaurant onsite does not belong to the hotel but had good food. But you can't charge to the room. Only the bar by the pool. It was walking distance to Mambo Beach and all the restaurants and shopping was nice as well. Also was able to get an onsite/beachside massage. The lady does different things on different days and you book at the front office and can charge it to the room. She gave a great massage. There is also a shuttle that comes each day you can sign up for that will take you to the local grocery store which is very well stocked. If you rent a car the city is close, lots of restaurant options less than 10 min drive.

So the check in was a bit cumbersome. Not sure if the person was new or what but instead of telling me what they needed all together they kept asking for items individually so that I had to run out to the car a couple of times. One of the beds leg was bit broken. Still worked just had to be careful with it. No scissors in the room, nor do they provide it. No plastic reusable cups either. The worst part which thank goodness was only the first night was when my oldest found a cockroach under his bed. He trapped it and threw it out. But being we were on an island we didn't make a fuss and it was only that one night. I did wonder if we didn't keep the kitchen spotless if we would encounter another one.

Nice pools,great hot tube. Nice canal beach on one side with the ocean crashing waves on the other. Mambo beach restaurants close by so everything is there. The elevator was a big plus since we were on the 3rd floor. Our patio overlooked the ocean which was awesome. The room was updated and nice with a small fridge and microwave. The location, condo was just what we needed for a comfortable week stay. Liked seeing security on the property and controlled parking lot. Very good customer service from front desk to the restaurant. A free morning breakfast was also a nice plus.

Not much. The parking lot was a bit of a walk which was ok even in the heat of the day. Would like to have more than one coffee included in the breakfast. All minor issues.

Fab location, quiet but close to all the Mambo Beach bars & restaurants. View of aqaurium & dolphins from our room. Very comfy beds & great pool & private beach area. Staff were very helpful & friendly, especially Chris.

This is a timeshare property so be aware when booking you may need to move rooms mid-stay & we didn’t get rooms close together as requested. The breakfast is at the restaurant next door & its a bit hit & miss with the orders! Otherwise pretty good breakfast & lovely location.

Amazing views! Friendly staff. Suites are huge. Very comfortable. Big covered balcony. We enjoyed breakfast outside while admiring the dolphins at the Sea Aquarium. Kitchen is fully equipped! There is even a walk in closet 😁 Loved the fact that they stop by everyday to exchange towels, new toilet rolls etc. Pools are very well kept and super clean.

The suite is very modern and stylish. The bathroom could use an upgrade, it feels a bit dated.

The beach is small and does not have the powdery sand, but it is private and we never had to wait for a chair. the security would move anyone who was not a guest off of the premises immediately. the rooms were very clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. We had a huge closet, plenty of room and the staff was always so kind. You are within walking distance from Mambo beach and all of the restaurants and driving distance from many of the other attractions that the island has to offer.

The lighting in the vanity area was not good for make up. I wished it was brighter.
