very close to the subway station and attractions. also very easy to find if you are the first time in hong kong. staff is very helpful

our room was near the staff’s room so everyday early in the morning we could hear them talking loudly.

Staff was very helpful especially when unloading all our luggage and delivery to our room. Two male staff was very friendly and helpful. We were very happy. Location was great

The breakfast was set at the top floor but need to use staircase to go up It would be better if can have lift to reach to this level

We extended our stay from initially booking 1 night and stayed 4 nights due to a cancelled flight. The location is walking distance to temple street and MTR - we used Jordan station. Shops close by and restaurants. Nice buffet breakfast too that the kids always looked forward to. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Nice hotel with a very good location, easy to walk/bus/subway to anywhere in Hong Kong. Big breakfast buffet with many choices. Large and spacious room.

Might be usual for Hong Kong, but the lobby and breakfast area was very very cold, which was a bit uncomfortable as you had to put on extra sweaters to not feel uncomfortable during breakfast. Other than that we had an overall pleasant stay here.

I appreciate the cleanliness and the provision of water and bedroom slippers everyday. I don’t dislike anything.

We stayed at Nathan Hotel, which is perfectly located in the heart of Kowloon. One of the best conveniences was that the A21 Cityflyer bus from the airport stops directly in front of the hotel, making our arrival smooth and hassle-free. We booked the Smart Plus room for our family, and we were pleasantly surprised by how spacious and comfortable it was — more than enough room for two adults and two kids. The hotel staff were courteous and helpful, always ready to assist with our needs. Overall, we had a wonderful two-night stay. The combination of location, room comfort, and service made Nathan Hotel an excellent choice for our family trip.

Very friendly, helpful staff. Well located and close to transport, restaurants, markets. Rooms were very clean and spacious.

Good location, located very close to famous places to visit such as coffee shops, restaurants and shopping centers. Staff talk English and they help you with everything. Breakfast is very complete with eastern and western food.

The check in is at 3pm and it could be a bit earlier, even though thankfully they provide us the room at 2pm.

Location - 5 mins walk to MTR Jordan Exit B (with lift) - near Kai Kai Dessert. Hotel - offer us an early check in without extra charge - upgraded our room to suit type which was very good for 4 member family like us. - the room is very new.

- Nothing to do much around the hotel. - the breakfast room (15th floor) does not give an atmosphere of hotel breakfast at all (the hotel adjust Chinese restaurant into a breakfast restaurant just for breakfast purpose)
