Modern hotel 2 km from Marcilla, beside motorway in remote Navarra. Spacious spotless room with free bottled water. First contact with staff at breakfast the following morning. Waitress served continental breakfast, simple but adequate, though coffee was of poor quality. The extremely pleasant manager/owner, though probably ignorant of our check-in frustration, refused payment for two breakfasts and waived the 10 euro fee for our pet doggie. Total bill 78 euro!

Communication. Only learned just before Sunday evening arrival that no dinner available. On morning of arrival learned that our check-in was to be on an automatic machine outside building. On arrival we soon learned how unpredictable and infuriating modern IT can be, but it was eventually resolved. We managed to obtain a simple, cheap satisfying meal at a campsite 6-7 km away.

Located conveniently for motorway. Exceptional value for money. Pleasantly surprised at the thought that has gone into this hotel. Large clean room with comfortable bed. Spacious modern bathroom. Extremely helpful friendly staff. Quiet location. Dog friendly. Remote check in was simple to operate and instructions were in various languages. Staff were easily on hand to provide assistance if necessary. Simple basic restaurant menu but tasty and adequate.

Only complaint would be that bathroom fans from neighbouring rooms can be noisy when left on during the night for any length of time. ☹️ Bedside lights would have been helpful. But this would not deter us from staying again as we thought everything else was of exceptional value and standard.

Room was spacious and beds were comfortable. Breakfast was ok. Good WiFi and free parking. We could use swimming pool in camping nearby free of charge what was really nice.

We had some small ants in the room and cleaning personel didn’t do anything about it. Also the daily cleaning was only making bed. Nothing else was cleaned. It’s far away from everything. You need to take a car if you want to have a dinner out.

Ease of access directly off the motorway, a great location, a fabulous find!!! Modern, bright and very clean. The room was larger and much more than we expected. Breakfast included, dog for free, parking for free. .. All fantastic positives. Ease of checking in and checking out via the automated system! Add in, a friendly welcome for us and our dog from the night manager.!!!

Not much of a negative really, but only 1 key was issued, a tad awkward as it operated the main front door, the bedroom door and the power for the room. Had to be inventive when one of us took the dog out/too & fro luggage!! A kettle would be a super bonus, says this caffeine addict :D !!!

Beautiful hotel with lots of space and lovely furniture. Good breakfast. Great location just off the motorway and easy to find. Very accommodating. Lovely shower and useful toiletries. Free bottles of water in hotel room. Upgraded when toilet in our room didn’t flush. Lovely quality bed linen and bed very spacious and comfortable. On 1st floor room were 2 balconies so lovely views (ground floor room had its own terrace).

Room too hot despite using the temperature control - could have left the balcony doors open, but afraid of mosquitoes. Needs attention to small details like taps on sinks securing, lighting roses screwed to ceiling etc, but these don’t affect the stay.

Great hotel, very clean and in an excellent position just off the motorway. The staff we met were very pleasant.

Bed was a little hard, but that really is the norm for Spanish hotels. The only other issue was noise from adjacent rooms. Very little sound proofing and every time next door received a message on their mobile during the night we heard it! However, we would stay again as other guests maybe more considerate.

We liked the size of the room and complimentary breakfast and 24h check in and complimentary parking. I saw the review score and some negative comments and little hesitant to book this place at the beginning. Yet location, price, complimentary breakfast, 24h check in, complimentary parking. What they were offering are all valid reason for us to choose to stay at this place. We didn't regretted at all. It turned out to be a great stay for us. Some people complain about the self check in and no reception staff at this hotel. Yet these are well mentioned and this could also be an advantage for someone who doesn't want to restrict your plan due to the limited front desk opening hours. This 24h self check in worked very well for us.

The furniture showed some wear and tear. Yet this is a low cost hotel and considering the price which including the breakfast, we cannot complain about it. Beds were comfortable, sheets were clean, AC working great, bathroom amenity provided. So little wear and tear seen on the furniture is well acceptable for us.

Upon arrival we had a small problem with checking in on the terminal outside. It was immediately solved when the lady of the staff came out to help us! Clean and comfortable room. The menu they offer in the restaurant is simple but good. Plenty of parking available on the property. Breakfast was good as well. Can definitely recommend this place!

We had difficulty getting in as the automated check-in wasn't working. The manager soon arrived to let us in - and gave us a bottle of wine for our inconvenience. Much appreciated. The room was large, spotlessly clean, and the bonus of having a small patio for the dog was fantastic. Breakfast was adequate. We will return.

Lovely hotel and it was less than a mile from the A15. Good breakfast and the room was clean and tidy. Sadly, the restaurant was closed on the evening we arrived. Check in was via a machine so can’t comment on staff as we only saw one last during breakfast who topped up when stocks ran low.
