Arrival. It was written that there was someone at the reception until ten o'clock, we arrived at 9 and had to do an online check in, because the person who was there was not a receptionist and did not speak English or German. Otherwise the hotel is very clean. The breakfast room is large and the breakfast is very tasty and colorful. Large selection of fruit, excellent poppy seed cake, savory program, cooked oatmeal.... The walls are a bit thin, you can hear the noise of other guests.

The room was spacious and clean, with a balcony even. The hotel is set in a very nice park/garden. Welcome drink upon arrival.

The soundproofing of the room was poor, I’m grateful that my neighbors were not that noisy because I could hear every visit to the bathroom and every person passing by in the corridor. The general decorations are quite unusual, a mix of different styles, colors- a LOT of black (??) - not really working well together. During the weekend when I was there there was a lot of snow and nobody from the hotel cared to clean the paths outside which I found strange for a 4 star hotel. In general a bit more effort could be put into keeping things running for a 4 star hotel.

Friendly staff, spacious room, excellent breakfast and - above all - a very safe place to store your bicycles.

Smoking is allowed outside, next to the front door. Not so nice if you have your room just above the entrance and want to ventilate your room.

Possibility to take a dog with us is a big plus. Massages very nice!

The matrace was a bit harder than usually. We were there for the second time and will come for sure in the future,however,this time was the service at the breakfast sometimes not efficient

- really good buffet breakfast - room was very clean - in the bathroom there were good cosmetics (especially I liked the body lotion!) - interior was very modern, the breakfast was served in the closed bright patio - EXTREMELY comfortable mattress (I'm a big fan of hard ones) - excellent value for money

- check in was only until 10pm, there was no possibility to do late check in - paid parking apart - sauna/jacuzzi was not available - super early check out - until 10am

There wasn’t hot water in the morning, I had to take a cold shower 🚿 Also, the whole sewage system needs checking - water stays in the sink or shower. Next door neighbours had the same problem.

It is a decent hotel at a low price. If this is what you expect, the hotel will meet your expectations. A plus for a pretty good breakfast included in the price. Free parking near the hotel.

The description of the hotel slightly misses the reality at several points. It is certainly not a luxury hotel, but the price lets you guess that. Slow internet conection. Payed parking in front of the hotel and no information about the free parking near the hotel.

Very decent breakfast with fast reposition of items. Very good selection of juices. Variety of egg dishes. Pancakes with Nutella and jams - awesome!!! Restaurant and bar opened for lunch and dinner. Great deal for the money.

Could have complimentary bottle of water in the room, especially in summer. Also TV had only 2 channels working but we were there for hikes so who cares about that ;)

Friendly personnel, and a great breakfast. If you are looking for value-for-money, this is certainly a place to go. We requested a safe place to store our bikes and they provided an indoors bike shed.

Nothing really. It was all up to the expected standard and beyond.

Helpful staff. Quite good breakfast. Nice location, close to shops and restaurants.

There was no shower in a bathroom, only bathtub without any glass wall or curtain. No balcony. If you have a pet with you hotel charges you not an extra one-time fee, but 15 eur/night. Parking fee 6 eur/day.
