The little hotel was lovely and very clean & proper. Great location right by the train station. Quiet room & comfortable bed. Very friendly and helpful management & staff. Late breakfast & check-out times.

Although the quality of the breakfast was great, I wasn't crazy about the concept of having to make a detailed list of all the items that you might want to eat, down to the specific pieces of bread and slices of meat & cheese, all priced individually. I understand that this might make it more efficient from the point of the hotel, but a more traditional breakfast buffet would have been a lot nicer.

Good breakfast with plenty of choice, although the breakfast pre-ordering system is unusual and means you have to decide beforehand what you would like.

Some minor things that the cleaning crew should have noticed (while doing their great job) and reported: a pretty noisy exhaust fan that seems to need internal cleaning and a toilet roll holder that is barely attached by one screw.

Staff were lovely (they all spoke very good English!), central location, comfortable rooms. Minibar used an honesty system and was very reasonably priced. We enjoyed the narrow gauge railway trip up, the nearby monastery and the nearby hiking. Exceeded my expectations in every way.

Well-situated hotel just next to the train station (for steam engine train fans) and below mount Oybin. Very tidy and cosy rooms. There is a patio in front of the hotel that you can use after the restaurant closes. Tasty and abundant breakfast. We were called by phone before our arrival with some important information about our arrival and the person spoke our language (Czech).

The breakfast system is a somewhat complicated: you order from a vast list of bread / cheese / ham / sweet and you literally order per slices (portions) without knowing how big the slice (portion) is. Also, if you're used to having abundant breakfast, it results to be quite expensive.

A wonderfully clean and comfortable room. We can see the mountains and the railway from our room. There is a vending machine in the hallway where you can buy drinks. Breakfast to order the day before is plentiful and delicious. Friendly staff.
